Both my partner and I have recently purchased a house in the Leamington Spa area. We were looked after and guided through the sale by Jas Bagri (residential sales manager). We were very satisfied with the service we received. Jas was very respectful, reliable and is a great ambassador for Loveitts. I would like to particularly highlight how approachable and reachable he was, always replying promptly to queries or questions. It made the whole process very easy. We would strongly consider returning to Jas and Loveitts based on the service we received. Thanks Jas and team! Andy and Catherine

We have been really impressed with the Loveitts team. We bought our previous house through them and have used them again to sell the same house. Jas was our main contact, who was very professional throughout and extremely helpful. Everything was done very efficiently which made the whole process far easier. We have already recommended friends to use Loveitts. Thank you Jas and the team for for all your help in selling our house :) Jo and Mike

Good service and experience with Loveitts

Although the house sale itself came easily , the lead up and all the viewings were handled promptly , efficiently and with feedback given to me via the company sales site. The Loveitts viewings/marketing and sales progression site is excellent and kept me the customer fully informed. Chelsey , Jamie and Michelle have been good with all the conversations and actions needed. Would not hesitate to recommend Loveitts as an agent .Thank you.

Loveitts have provided an excellent buyer experience

Loveitts are a great Estate Agents to work with when buying a property as they are very responsive and ensure that there is great communication at all times. We recently bought a property which was a probate property and which had been empty for some time. Jamie and Chelsey were great at supporting us at the start of the process and with organising viewings and any queries we had. Jamie supported us while we waited to hear if our offer had been accepted and with the negotiations with the seller. The process of buying took longer as it was a Probate property. However, Michelle at Loveitts supported us every step of the way with the process. Enabling, the surveyor and additional trades people to access the property to assess and provide quotes and for us to have additional viewings to check details such as the loft space. Michelle also chased up both sets of solicitors and kept us informed when things seemed to go quiet with the conveyancing process.

I would like to thank Loveitts (particularly Jas Bagri, Ryan Kros and and Sara) for a fantastic service in selling my house. Having tried to sell with 3 other agents prior to this, it was so obvious that this company have a distinctive approach that offers another level of quality and commitment. Great communication and responsiveness is a hallmark of the whole experience. Highly recommended!

We were very well looked after by Ryan and Jas. They were always quick to help, arranging extra viewings, dealing with our queries and courteous throughout the whole process. They maintained excellent communication throughout between us and the seller and this was very much appreciated. Our only constructive comment is that the printed literature was scant. There were too few photographs of the rooms and some details were inaccurate. Thank you so much to the team at Loveitts for your professional dealings with us. It made the process of buying our new home less stressful.
