Loveitts in Coventry took away the pressure

Loveitts in Coventry took away the pressure of buying a house. Once a sale has been agreed, I was passed to the sales progress team who assigned me a contact and a direct number who I was able to contact at any time for updates. For this reason, defiantly recommended a local estate like Lovetts agent instead of using a national brand. Thank-you Michelle, Jamie and Chelsey.

Loveitts were recommended to me by my parents who recently sold their home. From the first home visit from Jason he made me feel comfortable and educated me about the selling process, allowing me to set a price that worked best for me. Michelle, Jason and Steve were the lovely people who supported me throughout the whole process, liaising with both myself, my buyer and our solicitors. They simplified things for me in a way that I could understand as I had never sold a house before, and would always return my calls/emails in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Loveitts to my family and friends.

100% fake reviews here.Just had an awful customer service experience yesterday where the tenant was not opening the door and the lady who was showing us the property was so rude that i can not write in words.If you get the property from them then you will be crying 100% fake reviews here.KamranRe: this is ur business and you have to praise it... but thinking about people's you don't care....all about money ....tenant don't allow you to enter ?I believe this has to agreed way before the viewings... two lies don't make one right

Loveitts is more than a letting agent.They are to me, an essential business partner. I have used them now for a number of years to fully manage my properties. Landlords beware

Landlords beware. They withhold money from your rent for repairs that you haven't consented to. I explicitly told them to not make a certain repair only to find money deducted for that repair from my monthly rent. They lie at every step, to your face. Do not use them.

Terrible experience as a tenant! I sent my notice 1 month before I planned to leave the room I was renting. The agency was supposed to come to see the room which they haven't done before I move out. I have therefore called and emailed Scott who was in charge of the house many times to claim my deposit back. I was always told he would call me back which he never did or would never answer my emails (except one saying he would deal with this on the same day but 2 weeks later still nothing was done...). Almost 2 months after I move out the room, I ended up asking the landlord for help, although he should not be involved as this is entirely the agency responsability. After the landlord called them, miraculeously I got an email the same day saying that they will process the refund now. As it was not enough, the amount of the deposit refund was wrong... A lot of unprofessionalism! Loveitts I don't love it I hate it!
