GoogleAbsolute idiots in the lettings team. Book you in weeks ahead because they are incapable of doing a 10min viewing, hold zero information, and miss out repeatedly on houses they put on the market when we are ready to offer over asking. Terrible for landlords and people looking to rent one of their properties. Absolute shambles

Moreover they helped me go through the sale process of this house while I have been living abroad. Jas Bagri was my main contact. He has been very kind, helpful and available at any time over the phone/ email and text message. He is a good advisor showing a lot of empathy. Now the sale is done and I am very pleased. A very good service was provided by all from the beginning to the end of the process. Steve and Jason at the Nuneaton office are so approachable and are a pleasure to deal with. I only had contact with Michelle over the phone but she was very friendly and efficient, keeping me updated regularly on the progress. I will be recommending them to others. Thank you Loveitts!!

Initially I was very pleased with Loveitts’ valuation and processes to get the property on the market, despite some chasing. However, my circumstances changed soon after and it felt like I really had to pursue Loveitts for responses and advice. When a sale had been agreed, I had some specific dates to achieve exchange and completion by, and the sale price was conditional on these dates. These dates weren’t achieved which had a detrimental and financial impact on me, and although this wasn’t directly Loveitts responsibility, they were the agent/negotiator acting on my behalf, and would have been partly culpable if the sale had collapsed at the eleventh hour.

Such a breathe of fresh air to receive the service for which you pay for. I was kept updated weekly via phone or the phone app throughout the process of the sale and I felt I had support and guidance from Michelle over the little issues that arose during the sale. Selling and buying is always stressful, but Loveitts alleviated the stress and the sale proceeded to completion smoothly and successfully.

Very bad experience. Came from Walsall, had some issues. I was late for viewing 16min. The said they can wait 15, but for that 1min the lady was rude and refused showing the property. I strongly recommend avoid this agency. If they are behaving like this, definitely not good for long term.
We are sorry for your bad experience, however access was not provided despite arrangement from the tenants in situ - this was out of our control but meant we could not proceed with the viewings as explained to all people who were present. We have made alternative arrangements with each party to conduct viewings again and would be happy to accommodate accordingly.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Loveitts during the sale of my late brother’s property. From the initial viewing Steve James and Jason Peters kept me informed and secured a sale in less than two weeks. Michelle Barnett continued to maintain regular contact during the long wait for probate - I have never found it necessary to contact Michelle first to find out how things were progressing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loveitts.
