Had to move home in quite short order recently after a split from my wife. The staff i dealt with at the agency were very polite, courteous, professional and most importantly during this time, patient. they were able to hook me up very quickly with a beautiful one bedroom flat for a very reasonable price. a fast, friendly and easy experience all round and ,should i have to move again in the near future, i will be knocking on their door once again.

Sarah was great in helping me find a property to rent and stayed in regular contact to ensure the process ran smoothly. After having a phone call with most agents in Dunstable; Kelly Hamilton from Lenwell was the only one who gave me the advice I needed for letting, when the time comes I will definitely be going back to her for more advice; I found she knew all the information that I needed to know and helped me a huge amount.... she took me through loads of new experiences and gave me loads of confidence in housing with this agency. In addition to this she also restored my faith in letting agents and boosted my confidence in speaking so i would just like to say a massive thank you for all your help and time, much appreciated. I was pleased with the service given by Malik in Lenwell. He was attentive & efficient. I was happy to have Malik as my agent for a property I have just let a a tenant. He always answered queries, and did his best to find out what was needed. I felt he was experienced, and knew what he was doing, which gave me confidence in his ability. But even better than that, he also made sure he was doing the right thing, eg by going through a checklist when the agreement was signed. He was professional and helpful. I also liked the teamwork in the Lenwell office in Luton. If Malik wasn't there, someone else could usually answer a query.

I'd just like to say how amazing these two were. When it came to a massive hurdle Ruth must have worked in overdrive to sort is out and that she did, outstanding and we are very grateful. Polite, professional and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more. I also mention Hannah as when Ruth wasn't available (no doubt doing an equally great job for someone else) Hannah was always there to answer any queries and also made it to our viewing on late notice. All in all fantastic job by the ladies and we couldn't have asked for more. GOOD WORK!

I rented a property from lenwell and from start to finish they were brilliant. The staff are all very professional and very helpful throughout the process. The property was very clean and all maintenance issues were fixed quickly. I have rented from other agents before and would only use lenwell in the future.

Me and my boyfriend was really nervous about renting a property as we have never done it before, so we went into Lenwell to ask about the process and the fees etc. Abbey sat down with us and went through everything! She told us exsactly what would be required to pass the references and broke down all the costs so we knew exsactly what we needed to pay. She found us a property 4 days later and we are very happy in our new flat. Thank you.

Abbey Hartwig was the only agent in my area who did any real work, finding multiple properties for me, (as opposed to me contacting estate agents regarding properties that I had found on their books). This was unique! She replied to every phone call, and responded to every email; again, unique. In particular, Abbey went above and beyond liaising with a housing association and a government body regarding a help-to-buy-scheme, having success with the housing association. It felt very much like a personal service, in what otherwise appears to be an impersonal digital industry. It was a pleasure. I cannot commend her or thank her enough!
