I had pain in my shoulder for quite some time and it wasn't getting any better so I decided to contact Bupa. I needed a referral to use the service which I got from my GP practice this delayed things for a week but one I had the referral the process was very quick from submitting the claim for treatment to actually making an appointment for physiotherapy was a couple of hours
