Googlethey are very bad in fixing issues with the property. no or less responsive to emails or calls. my roof has been leaking for so many times and i have complained for several times and they have not provided a proper resolution yet.

GoogleUnbelievable incompetence. I’ve attempted to setup my account for six months, they’ve ignored me, my calls and my solicitor. The old owner still has access to my property’s account.

GoogleWell, I'm still waiting for the response. On the commercial side, they look like they are offering the best to their own people, and the sad thing is council working with them, and i feel the same for the council. Conservative Party must lose their position in every department to someone new might give good opportunity for young entrepreneurs.

GoogleWell all I can say about this company is that they are not professional, need to go back to school and learn how to communicate with customers, and possibly do a computer course of a basic nature. They are very interested in what exactly it is you are going to sell I was enquiring about a kiosk, on the ground floor CRIONA COLLINS, OMG really how you have permission to deal with letting at Victoria Square is beyond me doesn’t answer phone calls at all, doesn’t really respond to my enquiries, only one response out off five emails, and when she did eventually replied her grammar was absolutely ridiculous couldn’t even spell properly. I think that they are a way above their station and could come down a bit, in my experience and my opinion is they are looking for the likes of Emirates airline or ETIHAD airways to open up, and I guess that they would be licking their lolly pop. Actually one star is very kind, because if there was an option for zero stars then I would definitely award it to lambert smith Hampton for their performance in real estate. Criona you have been evicted, you are a total failure actually you are UNBELIEVABLE.

Google.Oh. You cant actually give zero stars. Guess that's how they actually get any at all. Joke of a Company, e mails go unanswered, phone calls not answered, no form of communication at all. They are quick to demand rental payments but are appalling at all other aspects of customer service. Been reporting an issue for months now and the continual failure of this company to do anything about it is an embarrassment. Highly recommend that you do not have anything to do with them.

GoogleI looked them up since I was so horrified by the state of the stairwell in a Pilates studio I go to in angel. Absolutely disgusting that a property management company would let a building get this way. Going to report them to the city for indoor air pollution / construction dust.

GooglePoor staff management. Rude receptionist and irresponsible asset management team. Not worth for the high price. Regret to appoint them and definitely not renew the service agreement upon expiry.
