GoogleKept me updated at every stage through email and simple list of items that need completing e.g survey, mortgage, contracts etc no 1-16 so once done you received an email with that number ticked off showing how many stages are left. Very simple and user friendly. Would recommend

GoogleWe’ve just brought a house with KEA and have to say we found Mattie to be the most efficient, kind, helpful person throughout the whole process, on both sides. We sometimes found out information from Mattie before our estate agents had called us. She was so genuine and called just to catch up which made us feel extremely valued as a client. We also received a lovely welcome pack from our new home when picking up the keys. Thank you Mattie, you are an asset to the team. I would definitely recommend using KEA for selling your home.

GoogleGreat Experience from start to finish, house purchase completed in 8 weeks due to there not being a chain, the team worked hard to ensure that everything kept moving contacting Solicitors and keeping everyone in the loop. Such an easy process will definitely consider using Kent Estate Agencies in the future.

GoogleSuperb service and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thought the process of selling our home in the UK while living in Australia would be extremely difficult - but Kent Estate Agencies went above and beyond to ensure it went as smoothly as if we were there in the UK. Not only that but they valued the property higher than several other agencies and found several buyers who offered us a price we were very happy with. GoogleI’m not one for writing reviews and to be honest this is the first review I’ve ever written.. but.. I must give credit where credit is due. Christine Scoble @ Kent Estate Agencies in the Tankerton branch deserves to be acknowledged and recommended for her professional and personable approach to an old school style of classic estate agency that is almost lost in these forever changing times. Summer 2020 we registered our property search with every estate agent in whitstable and Christine was the only agent who called us every fortnight and took the time to remember every detail of our nightmare property sale, we wasn’t just a applicant on a listed database, which as an ex estate agent myself was really appreciated. Unfortunately we didn’t find our property through Christine which was also surprising as quite rightly Kent Estate Agencies dominates our local area, but both myself and partner felt the need to share our appreciation to Christine for making us feel we mattered.. thank you Chris From Lissa and Rich xxx
