GoogleKieran and Mattie at Kent Estate agents in Herne Bay have been superb to work with. Kieran met us multiple times at different properties. He got to know us and what we were looking for. He proactively called us when new properties came on to the market. Mattie kept in touch with progress and offered advice when required. The team at Kent Estate agents are great!

GoogleThank you so much to Kents Tankerton for a thoroughly seamless, first rate process. We were purchasing from a long way out of area but Hugo Creaney-Birch bent over backwards to help us from the very start. He was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and a treasure trove of useful information who was instrumental in guiding us to choosing the right property. The back up team in the office were also very friendly and helpful too so thank you Kents for making our transition to a new life in Kent so much easier than we expected. You exceeded our expectations! Well Done!

GoogleGreat service by Caroline and Caitlin on the purchase of our home. Highly recommend them!
5/5
GoogleHIGHLY recommend - we recently bought a house through Kent Estate Agencies, spoke to several of their staff throughout the process and all were very friendly, polite and helpful. Our purchase took six months for various reasons, and Mattie was an absolute star throughout - keeping us up to date with progress, and chasing solicitors and other agents on a daily basis. Mattie was literally our only point of contact and source of information throughout the process as the agent I was selling through were no use at all with no sales progressor to speak of. Sales progression is a hugely important part of the process, particularly when there are numerous issues like we had further up the chain, and knowing how strong KEA are in this regard means they would be an obvious choice if we were to move again. Mattie went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure we were kept up to date, and tolerated my daily chaser emails with nothing but patience, understanding and professionalism. There is no doubt in my mind that the process would have taken significantly longer if we didn't have Mattie, and we are incredibly grateful for her hard work. Thank you Mattie, and thank you KEA.

GoogleWe were looking at houses in the Tankerton, Chestfield this spring and summer, and throughout, found Hugo who took the lead in finding us a house, always ready to go the extra mile, both to find us a house that met our needs, but also to provide the advice and guidance that you need when you are new to an area. In summary we found whole team at Kent, Tankerton, and particularly Hugo to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the buying process. Well done the Kent Tankerton team!!

GoogleThe team at Kent Estate Agencies were fantastic throughout the process - we recently purchased a property in Tankerton and they supported us from start to finish - arranging viewings, providing excellent communication between the sellers, solicitors and ourselves, and really working to remove any obstacles to the purchase when exchange got a little tricky! We could not recommend the team enough and would not hesitate to use again.

GoogleI am giving this rating as a buyer rather than a seller, so although not strictly working for us, we found Hannah was great showing us around properties and at keeping us in touch with progress of our purchase, even informing us of events before our own solicitor! She always promptly passed on our questions to the seller, and the Kent teams welcome pack on completion was a lovely surprise. Highly recommended.
