Lily was the ultimate professional on the viewing she arranged for me, nothing was too much trouble. I took my time , never felt under pressure, she answered my questions and explained everything in detail so I could feel confident of any decision I made. In fact she went out of her way to come back late in the afternoon from Herne Bay to Littlebourne so my son could also view the property. She is a credit to her profession and Kent Estate Agencies are most fortunate to have her on the team.

Fantastic service our sales progressor Mattie-May was just amazing kept us updated constantly chasing everyone when necessary to get information where required. She was very professional and knowledgeable about process from start to finish and handled everything with such care and warmth can't sing her praises enough, she was just amazing!! We’ve just brought a house with KEA and have to say we found Mattie to be the most efficient, kind, helpful person throughout the whole process, on both sides. We sometimes found out information from Mattie before our estate agents had called us. She was so genuine and called just to catch up which made us feel extremely valued as a client. HIGHLY recommend - we recently bought a house through Kent Estate Agencies, spoke to several of their staff throughout the process and all were very friendly, polite and helpful. Our purchase took six months for various reasons, and Mattie was an absolute star throughout - keeping us up to date with progress, and chasing solicitors and other agents on a daily basis. Mattie was literally our only point of contact and source of information throughout the process as the agent I was selling through were no use at all with no sales progressor to speak of. Sales progression is a hugely important part of the process, particularly when there are numerous issues like we had further up the chain, and knowing how strong KEA are in this regard means they would be an obvious choice if we were to move again. Mattie went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure we were kept up to date, and tolerated my daily chaser emails with nothing but patience, understanding and professionalism. There is no doubt in my mind that the process would have taken significantly longer if we didn't have Mattie, and we are incredibly grateful for her hard work. Thank you Mattie, and thank you KEA.

Keiron kept the sale on track through a very difficult time. Kieran, Elliot and Mattie have always gone out of their way to help us. They offer an excellent service, communication is great, they are very professional and offer good value for money. They have shown us lots of properties and been very patient while we decided!! On a couple of occasions when we have had a bit of a "wobble" Kieron was always available to speak to us and talk us through our issues with no pressure at all to proceed with the purchase.
