GoogleOn behalf of my parents, I would like to thank Kent Estate Agents in Tankerton for all the help and support they gave them during their move. After living in their previous home for 50 years, this was a huge and emotional step, and the kindness shown by the team made such a difference. Right from the start, Harry was patient, thoughtful and incredibly considerate. He took the time to show them around several properties, never rushing them and always making sure they felt comfortable. My dad was very poorly at the time, and Harry’s gentle manner and understanding meant a great deal to us. Throughout the process, my parents needed a lot of reassurance, and Harry, Hugo and Caroline were always at the end of the phone keeping them updated, answering questions and easing their worries. Towards the end of the move there were a few stressful weeks, and exchange and completion had to happen on the same day. This caused a lot of anxiety for my parents, but the team at Kent did everything they could to move things forward and support them through it. We especially wish Harry all the very best in his career as an estate agent. His kindness and thoughtfulness have been outstanding, and my parents often commented on how lovely and reassuring he was. He was always happy to take their endless phone calls, never making them feel like a bother, and his calm manner really helped them through a very stressful time. My parents and all of our family are extremely grateful for the care, patience and professionalism shown by everyone at Kent Estates. They didn’t just help my parents buy a home; they helped them feel settled, reassured and genuinely looked after during a very significant moment in their lives. We truly appreciate everything they did to make this happen. Thank you. Pam

GoogleExcellent service. Kent managed to sell my in-laws house following a substantial time on the market. The team are great at communicating and keep you updated regularly which is always appreciated during a house sale. It was a stressful time for our mum and dad who are in their eighties but the team were always very patient with them. Thank you Alfie and Caroline in particular.

GoogleWhat an absolute quality service I received from Kent Estate Agents, Tankerton regarding the sale of my home. The communication has been outstanding. I was kept informed of every development. The sale went through a few ups and downs, but during this time my spirits were kept buoyant with all the staffs positive thoughts and reassurances. I would particularly like to give a special mention to Caroline. Her knowledge of the area, years of experience and people skills were phenomenal, and this made the whole experience more manageable. It is so obvious that Kent Estate Agents work together well and communicate effectively with each other so all are aware which stage of the process your house sale is at the moment. I cannot recommend Kent Estate Agents more highly. Truly I am so very impressed.
