GoogleI cannot recommend Kent Estate Agents enough. Their professionalism and expertise has been invaluable through what has been a very long and difficult chain. A special mention to Hugo who I have mainly been dealing with, his enthusiasm, manner and expertise is second to none. He constantly kept me updated, not only with my purchase but with everything else that was going on in the chain. I have moved house many times and they have been by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation.

GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Kent Estate Agency, Caroline and her team sold our house and found us our dream bungalow. The transaction took some time as we were very particular in what we were looking for. Throughout the whole procedure we were kept well informed by the team who were both friendly and efficient. Although the procedure was quite stressful Kent’s were the glue that held it altogether.

GoogleI was very impressed with how Kent Estate Agencies handled the sale of my Father's house after Probate. I had an offer on the first day it was marketed and from offer to completion it has only been two months. Elliot Camburn handled the Probate valuation and eventual sale with sensitivity and throughout the process I felt I was in good hands.

GoogleLily was the ultimate professional on the viewing she arranged for me, nothing was too much trouble. I took my time , never felt under pressure, she answered my questions and explained everything in detail so I could feel confident of any decision I made. In fact she went out of her way to come back late in the afternoon from Herne Bay to Littlebourne so my son could also view the property. She is a credit to her profession and Kent Estate Agencies are most fortunate to have her on the team.

She was extremely knowledgeable and informative about both properties, answering all of our questions clearly and confidently. She gave honest insights, highlighted key features, and allowed us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. GoogleWe decided we wanted to make an offer on a house that was listed with KEA mid-August 2025 - but had not even listed ours at that stage. We booked a viewing for two days after our first phone call, and a valuation on ours. Within a week we had instructed KEA to list our property. We accepted an offer on our sale (97% of list price) within three weeks of our first meeting, and the sale progressed at pace. Hugo, Alfie, Hannah, Caroline, and Jasmin totally pulled it out the bag and somehow managed to make sure the chain [of 5] completed before Christmas despite some very close calls with issues beyond their control. From first viewing of our purchase, to completion in sub 15 weeks is impressive. This shows with a skilled team and intense coordination there is no reason why these processes needs to take as long as it often does in the UK. Would totally recommend.

GoogleI'm tough cookie to please and I am not one to usually leave reviews, but I want to shout from the rooftops at how amazing Christine has been. As a fellow estate agent it's not often us agents unite and work together, our industry is very money orientated and commission driven and at times can be very one sided. This hasn't been the case with Christine. From the moment we first spoke and aligned our chain I knew I was dealing with a seasoned professional. The number of dull unmotivated and uninspiring agents I've spoken in my 16-year career is unbelievable.....Speaking to Christine on the other hand has been so refreshing! Christine is polite, well-mannered, bubbly and genuinely cares about her job role, her customers and doing things correctly. Without Christine the last 4 months would have been hell and to be honest if it wasn't for Christine the whole chain would have collapsed weeks ago. All I have to say she is an integral part of the business and credit where credit due! Thank you Christine!

With the help of her enthusiastic team, we sold quickly. The conveyancing process, however, was not straightforward. So special thanks goes to Caitlin who was proactive and supportive throughout. She was brilliant informing me of progress, chasing solicitors and keeping the ball moving. I cannot fault Caroline and her amazing team for their professionalism, expertise and eagerness to help. I would highly recommend Kent Estate Agents to anyone who is looking to sell their property fast, and will support you until they get you over the finishing line.
