I recently had the pleasure of working with this estate agent, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and that is entirely down to the exceptional work of Elliot and Mattie. Elliot, who handled the marketing and sale of my property, was outstanding. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and proactive approach made a huge difference. He presented the property brilliantly, kept everything moving forward, and his communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring. Mattie progressed the sale and liaised between all parties involved, was equally exceptional. She kept everyone coordinated, ensured updates were always passed on promptly, and handled every step with patience, warmth, and complete professionalism. Her ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes made the whole experience remarkably stress-free. Together, Elliot and Mattie make an incredible team. It’s rare to find people who excel so highly in their roles and genuinely care about delivering the best experience for their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, five stars simply isn’t enough!

Great communication skill and patience

I would like to express my gratitude to Hugo and the team at Kent Estate Agencies for their continuous support during the purchase of an apartment in Canterbury. Although Hugo was working for the seller, without his commitment, patience and great communication skill the sale would have collapsed. Special thanks to Alfie and the rest of the team.
