GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of Caroline Wellard and the team she has in place here at the Tankerton Office - all of whom are absolutely fabulous!! I received complete 5 star plus service, in all aspects of selling my mums bungalow in Whitstable, they always knew exactly what was happening at every stage of the sale process, and reported this to me without me having to chase them - I live in Surrey so was not a local - they truly are outstanding in this area, and I would thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommend them for all sales/purchases if anyone is looking to buy/sell in this area you simply MUST choose them .......cant recommend them highly enough...........

GoogleFrom the initial valuation right through to the completion, Kent Estate Agents in Tankerton were amazing. Alfie went out of his way to sell my house. He kept in contact with me on a weekly basis to help with the process, dealt with any questions I had really promptly. The 'Client Property Tracker' kept me up to date with viewings and feedback. GoogleWe chose Kent Estate Agency and specifically Caroline as she sold our last property 18 years ago and we recall her being a young person enthusiastic up and coming expert with very good courtesy and professionalism. When she visited 18years later we chose her without hesitation as she clearly has honed these skills to a level of excellence combined with a unique degree of local knowledge and experience. Our sale was a little protracted but she dealt with problems using calm reassurance and professionalism throughout. Other staff were also very good, helpful and understanding throughout. GoogleWe have been very impressed by the service we received from Kent’s and in particular from Alfie. From our initial viewings to finding our new home nothing was ever any trouble. Alfie always answered and dealt with any questions promptly and professionally and was extremely patient. I would 100% recommend Alfie and Kent’s to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
