GoogleWhat an absolutely useless bunch in this office. They send info which i have specifically explained in detail and several times that i don't want. Apparently they have taken on board, made notes, spoken to staff members explaining the type of property i am interested in, and yet every day I get huge emails with details of properties which i do not want. Totally useless.

GoogleCy and Matthew of the Canterbury branch provided an excellent level of service in the sale of my house. Although i am based in Sardinia we were able to communicate via Skype and email to get the job done. Although i was represented by other estate agents at the same time Kent estate agents were without doubt the best. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling to give them your trust.

GoogleOur personal experience with Kent Estate Agency has been very pleasant. They have always treated me and my husband very professionally, Matt has always endeavored to keep us updated, Cy has always been a friendly voice at the other end of the line and Sam has gone over and beyond showing us properties even after closing hours to accommodate our busy lifestyles. They are all very easy and nice to work with. We have dealt with several different easte agents this year and Kent's are one of the few we would recommend. This is our own personal opinion, this review hasn't been requested or paid for.

GoogleFrom valuation to completion, the team at KEA were professional , knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. An impressive number of viewings lead to a flurry of offers and an eventual sale at over the asking price. KEA kept on top of the whole sale process, seeing it through expertly until completion. Highly recommended, and I wouldn't hesitate to use KEA again.

GoogleEfficient, effective and knowledgeable staff. Sam in the Herne Bay office made sure that i was kept up to date with information and providing lots of reassurance during the process of buying a home. The Office Manager Elliot was extrememly helpful and nothing I asked was ever to much trouble. Whenever I phoned the office and Sam was out the team had all the information to hand and were able to talk me through it or arrange to ring me back promptly.

GoogleWent with another local agent July 2018, had no luck selling our property. Got a call from Caroline just before Christmas, asking if we wanted to sell our property, and true to her word, within weeks she had found a buyer. You will not find a harder working estate agent in Whitstable.
