GoogleI previously bought through Kent Estate Agencies in Tankerton and had a really good experience so when it came to selling Kent Estate Agencies in Tankerton were the obvious choice. From the start the whole process was made as easy as possible. Chris, Hannah, Summer and Caroline were so helpful, took a real personal interest in things and although there was a break in the chain the team had resolutions and were really proactive in resolving this and got the sale back on track within 24hours. They were great at keeping everything progressing without being pushy or 'salesy'; my whole experience was like they were truly providing a service and cared about me, rather than focussing on their commission or their own interests. They really went above and beyond for me and I'm not sure the sale would have gone through without them. I really can't fault them in anyway. This is the best estate agency I've ever had to deal with and I would highly recommend them. GoogleWe have used Kent’s estate agents for 2 house sales and they are nothing short of amazing, from the first interactions they are knowledgeable and realistic, marketing materials & communication through the process is clear & professional. The best element though is the team, Hannah & Chris dealt with our last sale, organizing other estate agents & making sure everything worked as it should, updating me clearly & regularly. The rest of the team were also great making sure messages were passed over or providing an update when Hannah or Chris weren’t there. GoogleHighly recommend these estate agents, not only were they quick to sell my property where another estate agent miserably failed, the whole process was smoothly undertaken at every stage of the process. The most honest estate agents I have come across with real people who work very hard. They won’t just sell the house and drag their heels, they will be pushing the sale at every stage and communication is excellent. Trustworthy, professional and understanding, these guys really are the best at estate agency! I used the Herne bay branch. Googleonce we had agreed to have KEA as our sole agent the sale board went up very quickly ,Chris came out with the potential buyers and she showed them around the property, we didn't need to do a thing, and although we put the house on the market mid December, we had a few viewing, then turned in to January we had several more and the house was sold early February great job Chris, she has been very good at keeping us informed on the whole process and I thank her all the help she has given us during the Sale process Good job done from start to finish from all at KEAPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
