GoogleWe contacted Hannah at KEA on a Sunday morning to check if it was possible to view a property that afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble for Hannah and we got to view the property at 2pm that afternoon. The on going calls were quick and efficient, no droning auto hold music, each call promptly answered and dealt with. If it wasn't for Caroline and Chris, i'd have thrown the towel in, without success! They babysat every step of the chain and were just incredible. GoogleExemplary service throughout. Christine felt more like a friend every step of the way. Her professionalism was outstanding and it was obvious that Christine prides herself on doing a good job. There was never a time when Christine was unavailable to us no matter what our need was - similarly when you call you are answered by a person not a message which is unique these days. I would recommend Christine to everyone - her cheerful disposition and incredible enthusiasm is refreshing. Most importantly a relationship that is built on trust is essential and we felt we had that - We would also like to thank Christine’s colleagues who were also a pleasure to deal with. They say no one is indispensable but I think that maybe Christine is ! Thank you
