GoogleI'm tough cookie to please and I am not one to usually leave reviews, but I want to shout from the rooftops at how amazing Christine has been. As a fellow estate agent it's not often us agents unite and work together, our industry is very money orientated and commission driven and at times can be very one sided. This hasn't been the case with Christine. From the moment we first spoke and aligned our chain I knew I was dealing with a seasoned professional. The number of dull unmotivated and uninspiring agents I've spoken in my 16-year career is unbelievable.....Speaking to Christine on the other hand has been so refreshing! Christine is polite, well-mannered, bubbly and genuinely cares about her job role, her customers and doing things correctly. Without Christine the last 4 months would have been hell and to be honest if it wasn't for Christine the whole chain would have collapsed weeks ago. All I have to say she is an integral part of the business and credit where credit due! Thank you Christine!

GoogleLily was very cheerful and introduced herself straight away, which immediately made us feel comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative about both properties, answering all of our questions clearly and confidently. She gave honest insights, highlighted key features, and allowed us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. Her friendly and professional manner made the whole viewing experience smooth and enjoyable. A fantastic representative and a real credit to the agency.

A particular thank you to Hannah who kept us updated weekly with the progress of our sale. She was friendly and informative and was more than happy to answer any questions, however simple or complicated, in a professional manner. GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Kent Estate Agency, Caroline and her team sold our house and found us our dream bungalow. The transaction took some time as we were very particular in what we were looking for. Throughout the whole procedure we were kept well informed by the team who were both friendly and efficient. Although the procedure was quite stressful Kent’s were the glue that held it altogether.

Thought the process of selling our home in the UK while living in Australia would be extremely difficult - but Kent Estate Agencies went above and beyond to ensure it went as smoothly as if we were there in the UK. Not only that but they valued the property higher than several other agencies and found several buyers who offered us a price we were very happy with. GoogleWe've always been told how stressful buying a house can be and now it's our time to buy, we were actually pleasantly surprised. With a tight timeline and a few complications it could have been super stressful and have missed the date. Megan took good care of us and was simply marvellous. She chased up all parties involved and gave the solicitors a good push from time to time for updates and to keep things on track. Megan is less of an estate agent, more of a all star project manager. GoogleWe decided we wanted to make an offer on a house that was listed with KEA mid-August 2025 - but had not even listed ours at that stage. We booked a viewing for two days after our first phone call, and a valuation on ours. Within a week we had instructed KEA to list our property. We accepted an offer on our sale (97% of list price) within three weeks of our first meeting, and the sale progressed at pace. Hugo, Alfie, Hannah, Caroline, and Jasmin totally pulled it out the bag and somehow managed to make sure the chain [of 5] completed before Christmas despite some very close calls with issues beyond their control. From first viewing of our purchase, to completion in sub 15 weeks is impressive. This shows with a skilled team and intense coordination there is no reason why these processes needs to take as long as it often does in the UK. Would totally recommend.
