GoogleAlthough Kent Estate agencies were acting on behalf of the seller of the house we purchased, I was very impressed by the friendly and professional attitude of Caroline, Hugo and the rest of the team. They were very prompt in answering any queries and they made the whole purchasing process very easy for us.

GoogleOur personal experience with Kent Estate Agency has been very pleasant. They have always treated me and my husband very professionally, Matt has always endeavored to keep us updated, Cy has always been a friendly voice at the other end of the line and Sam has gone over and beyond showing us properties even after closing hours to accommodate our busy lifestyles. They are all very easy and nice to work with. We have dealt with several different easte agents this year and Kent's are one of the few we would recommend. This is our own personal opinion, this review hasn't been requested or paid for.

GoogleI have sold and purchased properties with Kent Estate Agencies. More recently dealing with the Whitstable office. The phone is always answered by a member of the team who are always polite, friendly and eager to help or pass the message on to the relevant team member. Staff always return your calls within the working day, and aim to inform and reassure you at every stage of the moving process. This professional service is essential, especially because moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do!

GoogleAt all times very professional manner, yet understood the needs of an elderly person and were helpful in finding the correct property for me. When involved in a long chain at the end, they worked miracles to make it all go smoothly during a very difficult transaction. Cannot reccomend and say thank you enough. GoogleGreat Experience from start to finish, house purchase completed in 8 weeks due to there not being a chain, the team worked hard to ensure that everything kept moving contacting Solicitors and keeping everyone in the loop. Such an easy process will definitely consider using Kent Estate Agencies in the future.

GoogleKept me updated at every stage through email and simple list of items that need completing e.g survey, mortgage, contracts etc no 1-16 so once done you received an email with that number ticked off showing how many stages are left. Very simple and user friendly. Would recommend

GoogleWhat an absolutely useless bunch in this office. They send info which i have specifically explained in detail and several times that i don't want. Apparently they have taken on board, made notes, spoken to staff members explaining the type of property i am interested in, and yet every day I get huge emails with details of properties which i do not want. Totally useless.

GoogleThis establishment has been shut down for an extended period. I'm uncertain why Google continues to display this location to users on Maps which is certainly misleading.
Hi, we have relocated 2 minutes up the road to 100 Tankerton Road, we are currently in the process of merging this account with the relocated office, we are currently waiting on Google My Business to complete the process. Our contact details remain the same as well as now having an expanded sales team.

GoogleCy and Matthew of the Canterbury branch provided an excellent level of service in the sale of my house. Although i am based in Sardinia we were able to communicate via Skype and email to get the job done. Although i was represented by other estate agents at the same time Kent estate agents were without doubt the best. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling to give them your trust.
