3/4 months ago since the sale has gone through. Dealt mainly with jack at the Clitheroe branch. Probably spoke to all the team through out the duration of the sale. I cannot fault them in anyway!! Pictures/description/wording/looked outstanding!! Kept me up to date through out the sale.. There was a few complications from the buyer at the latter end but the sales progression team picked up on this and followed it through.. Clitheroe Keenans - actually took over the sale from another local estate agent as I was tired of being messed around. It was blessing. My only regret was not using Clitheroe Keenan’s first time round!! I would recommend and will use again.. Thanks Everybody involved.

I have both bought and sold numerous properties through Keenans in Clitheroe from a 5 bedroomed 3 acre barn conversion to a 2 bedroomed flat.They were not always easy sales and required a good understanding of the market backed by an outstanding marketing team.As a vendor or purchaser you are always kept up to date with the progress between the legal representatives on either side of the transaction. Keenans are definitely the go to agent if you are considering a move.

I sold my property through Keenans and found the whole experience completely seamless and stress free from start to finish. The whole team were friendly, very professional, super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I was kept updated regularly throughout every stage of the process and it was this attention to detail and focus on customer service which reinforced for me that Keenans were the right team to manage the sale.I had a lot of contact with Jack during the sale process and I would like to say a massive thank you to him for all his invaluable advice and guidance throughout. We recently bought our house through Keenans in Clitheroe. David and the team were incredibly responsive and moved us swiftly and professionally through the process (this being our first house it was all new to us but they made it really easy). We saw the propety on The Keenans website which had great images of every room and details of the property which meant we could think about any questions we may have had for the owner. The viewing was arranged quickly and when we were ready to offer, David liaised with us on a regular basis to keep us up-to-date on how everything was progressing. From there, the sales team guided us through purchase and considering the COVID restrictions at the time, we were moved in within weeks. I would highly recommend the Keenans team in Clitheroe and they make a great cup of tea too.

Keenans provided a good service for our house purchase and our contact at Head Office, Emily Bradley, consistently went above and beyond in order to see the process through to completion. Emily consistently chased both sets of solicitors, sometimes doing their job for them, and the Land Registry in order to speed things along. Without doubt Emily was the most helpful person in the process for us; she was great. 5 stars for her personally!I would only raise two constructive criticisms about the process in general. Firstly, we were incorrectly told that the property we were interested in was freehold rather than leasehold initially, and it took several weeks for this to be corrected, by which time our offer had already been accepted. This was a significant error and whilst Keenans did apologise for it, it should never have happened with such a key piece of information about the house. Secondly, I would have really appreciated a direct dial number to Emily at times during the process. Moving house is a stressful process and it seemed unnecessary to have to go through the switchboard every time we needed to discuss an issue, as often only one individual was fully appraised of the matter. In future I think this information should be distributed once an offer has been accepted and the process is moving forward.Overall, I would recommend using Keenans, they provided a good service during our purchase and Emily was extremely helpful throughout.

House went online for sale on Saturday and sold on Tuesday! Advice and support from Adam about how to prepare for our sale meant we were able to spend a few weeks getting some jobs completed which would add value to the agreed sale price and then BOOM! - the house sold so fast and for a significantly higher price than it went up for. Thanks to Johnathon for his hard work getting us online quickly and negotiating a very efficient sale, thanks to Jess for the great photos and also thanks to Kieran for keeping us updated whilst the sale went through successfully last week. A very efficient and professional service that made the stressful process of selling a lot smoother than my previous experiences! A great experience all round. Thanks again.

Started off badly a couple of the team quite abrupt which put me off. Got a call back from Jonathan things started to improve. Got what I would call harassed trying to get my solicitor to hurry up!!!! Bearing in mind we were right on schedule. Tried to get a final inspection but was told by Luke they were too busy!! Kieran took over very pleasant professional and the others could take a leaf out of his book. I felt once everything was going through the after care was non existent just onto the next sale. Would not use this estate agent if selling.

Little disappointed at the start as we had viewers coming round who were not in a position to buy, one hadn’t even got their house up for sale! Once we had accepted an offer, Liam was our only contact with Keenans, he did his best to keep the sale progressing despite a few difficulties which caused significant delays. Liam was always polite, personable and keen.

I would not recommend our first agents in Barnoldswick, our house was up for sale with them for 18 months and we never got 1 viewing.We went with Keenans and in the first 2 weeks we had 3 viewings.We got a buyer but unfortunately it fell through (no fault of Keenans) due to our buyers wife being seriously ill.Our house went back on the market and within a very short time was sold again, this time it was successful.After selling we were put in the very capable hands of Liam.Liam was excellent and was always on hand to answer our questions, it seemed nothing was too much trouble for him.He phoned us weekly with updates even when there was no change to the current status.He is with no doubt an asset to Keenans.

Keenans were the Agents we were buying from so dealt mostly with that team. Not a great start as our initial contact failed to update or repsond on many occasions. Liam then took over and was very professional and actually helped the purchase along.Thanks, need that sold sign picking up from my front garden though!
