I honestly can’t recommend Keenan’s…

I honestly can’t recommend Keenan’s highly enough I originally had my house up for sale with another estate agent but after a while I decided to take it off the market and waited six months before putting it back up for sale. This time I chose Keenan’s and WHAT a difference they made ! Keenan’s are so much more than just an estate agent. The work they do behind the scenes, particularly once your house is sold goes above and beyond. They keep everything moving , liaise with solicitors and make what can be a very stressful process feel so much easier. I do have a special shoutout to Nikki Winstanley. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of her. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Whenever I called she always got back to me . She was informative , reassuring and always made sure I knew exactly what was happening. I know Nikki has a lot of houses and clients to deal with, but she never made me feel like just another customer. She made me feel as though mine was the only house on the books, and that level of care and attention made such a difference. I’m so glad I chose to sell my house with Keenan’s . From the word go Molly has been our link person. It was nice to have the same friendly professional throughout the sale. There was a very quick response from potential buyers from the moment the property went on the market with Keenans, and Molly kept us up-to-date every step of the way. Keenan’s Burnley Office

We used Keenan’s Burnley office to sell a bungalow that was our parents home We had majority of communication and dealings with Madison , who was very professional and proactive , keeping us informed during every step of proceedings even when the first buyer pulled out she was very re assuring and luckily we had a new buyer soon , she made the whole process more manageable especially after the loss of family Madison is a credit to Keenan’s Burnley. We must also mention Molly who we dealt with once a sale was agreed who is also a credit to Keenan’s. Molly was also professional , understanding and a great go between for solicitors etc . Both staff members made our life so much easier

Brilliant Service

Maintaining regular contact

Keenans recently dealt with the sale of my deceased aunt's house. Nikki Winstanley kept me informed throughout the process and worked relentlessly on behalf of myself and the other 2 executors. Our solicitor was excellent and was ready to exchange very quickly but there were delays in the ealier part of the chain, which Nikki helped progress by communicating effectively with us, our buyers, all solicitors and the other estate agent involved in the chain. I spoke to Nikki regularly where she kept me informed with updates and the actions she was taking with the other parties to move towards completion and resolution of issues earlier in the chain. Thanks go to Nikki for advocating for us at a difficult time and ensuring the sale completed.

I cannot fault the Keenans staff in Rochdale they were helpful and professional at all times. In particular Ambre Flanagan who I delt with a lot was amazing. Nothing was ever to much trouble and when times were stressful Ambre was the calming reassuring voice on the end of the phone when needed and I new everything would be sorted and it always was. In my opinion Keenans are lucky to have her as part of the team and if she ever wishes to progress in her career I feel she would be indispensable in what ever roll that may be.

Excellent experience from beginning to end

From the beginning to end Paul and Abbey and Harry Rouine made the process as easy as possible, although selling and buying a house is never easy. Paul was so upbeat he made you believe they could sell the property and he and Abbey worked with us to get a good sale. The viewings were well managed we achieved a sale in about 4 weeks Harry supported us from the moment we had a sale with weekly updates and as we got nearer to completion, the updates were sometimes daily, or even twice daily in the last couple of weeks. He was calm and knowledgable and helped to keep the chain moving by liaising with everyone thank you to everyone and we would not hesitate to recommend Kennans to anyone looking to sell

I used Keenan’s to market and sell a property for me. Nikki, my sells progressor was particularly great. When ever I phoned the office, my calls were always promptly answered and if Nikki wasn’t immediately available, my calls would always be returned.
