I would definitely recommend Keenans, Rochdale, to anyone looking for a professional estate agent. My first contact was with James who valued my home and firmed a great price for me. Also had contact with Aaron Valentine who, with a surname such as his, was really sweet to deal with and always very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Same with Nicole McCarthy, all the way through to signing contracts, Nicole called me weekly with updates and always returned my calls promptly. If I didn’t understand something, she would patiently explain the process to me. When I was stressed about the house I was purchasing (which, unfortunately, was with another agent, she would help me out if she could just to help me understand. Such a calming voice and oozing professionalism, followed with such knowledge, she always exceeded my expectations. My sincere thanks to Nicole, Aaron and James for the great representation they afforded me. Call KEENANS, Rochdale, for a no hassle sale. 😃👍🏻

We recently sold my father's house through Keenan's (Rochdale). The choice of Keenan's was largely down to the pro-active approach taken by manager, Aaron, who remained enthusiastic throughout the process, and energised his team. Importantly, they did what they said they would do: communicated with us on a weekly basis (more often, when necessary), liaised effectively between us and the buyers, and acted in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner throughout. The team members who dealt with our sale, Nicole, James and, of course, Aaron, were a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. Huge thanks to Keenan's!

We appointed Keenans in February to sell our house. Aaron was our account exec supported by Nicole, who together make up the Rochdale team. Throughout the sale process I must have spoken to Aaron hundreds of times as we discussed the prospective offers prior to agreeing a sale and then working our way through the sales process. At times we encountered obstacles and difficulties which caused great frustration and anxiety but at all times, Aaron was very supportive, understanding and professional, even when we became emotional, and was able to calmly steer us through to a successful completion. From start to finish it took 6 months which I understand is pretty standard. I am pleased we chose Keenans to act as our agent and would like to thank Aaron once again for all his hard work and effort on our behalf.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. After 6 months of trying to sell our property we changed to Keenans (Rochdale) and sold our house in less than a week! Within hours of instructing them we had 4 viewings booked in for the following week and then a couple of days later 10! We accepted an offer substantially more than it was marketed for. Throughout from our initial meeting with James, who took amazing photographs and who was so friendly and professional through to accepting an offer we have been supported and kept up to date on a daily basis with emails and calls by Ambre Flanagan. Ambre has been absolutely amazing negoiating and and financially checking all the prospective buyers thoroughly to ensure they were all genuinely suitable buyers. We didn't even get time to put a board up! Thanks guys amazing job!
