TrustpilotVery polite staff
I chose Keenans to sell my house because the house I wanted was also up with Keenans. Luckily my house sold within 4 hrs of it going live on the internet and Keenans secured the deal on the other property for me. All the staff I have dealt with have been professional and polite, Sam, Aaron , Laura, Johnathan….. special thanks must go to Aaron for coordinating between the two different branches effortlessly though!

TrustpilotGood at making the sale, not so good at the admin afterwards...
Worked very hard and quickly to get the property listed and sold at an ideal price, but service levels once the offer was accepted took a major dip. E-mails often not replied to until chased 2 or 3 times.

We are in the process of selling a property through Keenans, Rossendale Branch. Our main point of contact has been James Blundell. I would have to say James has been excellent! He has kept us in touch throughout and guided us through the whole process. He has been brilliant in dealing with potential buyers and getting the sale over the line. Would not hesitate to recommend James

Great support from start to finish. Louis and Jack offered brilliant support throughout, and were on hand to answer any questions I had during the process of sale and purchase. The quick reactions to a sale fall-through from Jack and Louis was much appreciated, and they had my house straight back on the market, and sold again within 4 days.

TrustpilotBrilliant service
In a particularly challenging time for everyone during the pandemic we were nervous about putting our home up for sale and moving. Louis put our minds at ease immediately and made the whole experience stress free. He was punctual, professional and honest with us at all times. Any queries that we had he was easy to contact and kept us up to date promptly with any new viewings and feedback. Louis’ valuation was very fair but competitive and the photos of our home were high quality and allowed a quick sale. We would not hesitate to recommend Louis and Keenans Estate Agents for both selling your home and finding a new home.
