Excellent service from Molly from start to finish! Molly was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of purchasing my house. Would I sell a property with Keenans estate agents again!? Probably not. Would I recommend them? Probably not. I only went with Keenans due to circumstances, I would definitely have gone with another estate agent. I remember being told that Boxing Day is one of the busiest days of the year. I did not hear a thing until the 1st week of January and was advised to reduced the asking price...this was the 2nd time, I had already reduced it in October on their advice. When I pointed out that I am not going to knock £10k off the asking price just like that! I explained to you it is just another sale with commission in your back pocket and to the other selling party it is just bricks and mortar, but to me it was my childhood family home, and I want the most I can get. Let's just say, the waiting game paid off because about 22 days later, we got offered the asking price. The 2nd part of the process was with the move on team which was not great, but then neither were the buyers nor both sets of solicitors. However, coincidentally, when I said if the buyers are not chased I will instruct you to relist the property, let's just say things got moving and 14 days later, we were completing on the sale. Something which should have been straightened (no chain) took a lot longer than it should have.

Came to value the house. He was rude and joking throughout. Can I take my shoes off he was walking into a building site. He likened my house to two houses that was nothing like mine. I have spent money on the house and just doing some tidying up on it. He said he would try a price but he couldn't get it. He was more comfy 10k below. I asked him to leave 5 times and he wouldn't leave. I had to call my partner for back up. He said the markets not gone down in value but he wants me to market below the price of a 2 bed terrace and mine is a 3 bed semi and opposite got 30k more than what he wanted to advertise which is the same. He didn't know the area he was constantly on his laptop comparing my house to ex local authority properties. Completely incompetent.
