Absolutely over the moon with the service we received from Keenans during both the sale and purchase of our property.I mainly dealt with Sam,Gemma and Chloe who were all so helpful, knowledgable and friendly.I would definately recommend anyone use Keenans as they got us exaxtly what we wanted for house and kept us up to date at all times!

As a quick summary, they are not managing anything after the contract is signed.I bought this buy-to-let property from Keenans, they are doing alright, therefore I do expect they will offer me the same level of service when using them to manage to let off the property.Their salesperson is passionate and impressive therefore I’m happy to sign the contract with them. But very unfortunate, I guess that salesperson is the only person who is passionate about their property management team. As agreed, they did quote all items that need repair or work to me, and I transferred the required amount in less than 12 hours, I think it’s reasonable to expect they will act quickly as they already received payment, not necessarily in days but at least within 1-2wks, and I waited for 6 weeks they still not complete the work (the work should take 3-4 day). Most importantly, I still have no clue about when they will complete the job.I called/sent emails to them numerous times, and I never get a direct reply to my question, I’ll call you back later is the only reply they use but they either do not call back / not answer your question directly.Maybe updating the status of work regularly is too difficult for them, but I believe it’s very basic when someone says they are managing something, let the customer know what to expect, and have no surprise. But their property management team failed to do so, I don’t know when the property can be let, what else needs to be done, how long will it keep unoccupied, and how many more bills I need to pay. Now it ends up in a lose-lose situation, especially during such a market situation which is out of the property to rent, but I must keep mine unoccupied and not get any rental income, and Keenan doesn’t get the commission too.I tried to look for a channel to complain, but it seems it's not available.

If you are a landlord - I would not recommend using keenans to manage your property.When my tenants handed in their notice - they didn't tell me or do anything about it so the property was empty a month longer than it needed to be.They never respond to emails to the enquiry inbox, and don't have any sort of processes in place to manage the property. For example when the property was empty they did not tell the utility companies my forwarding address to contact me so I've had to chase this up myself and risk having unpaid bills.They have caused me an undue amount of stress and I will leave them soon as they have broken their side of the contract numerous times and so I have no confidence they are looking after my property.Really poor service, incredibly stressful to deal with and overall disappointing experience.I have used other lettings agents in the past who are much better so I know they are not all as chaotic as this.

My contact was Jonathon who maintained contact during the following two years while probate was being progressed.When probate was granted Ella took over the conveyancing and kept me up-to-date. The sale went through remarkably quickly. Great service throughout the process of selling the house. The whole team including Liam, Rob Ella and various others who helped with the viewings, the photographer, all were splendid. Nothing was too awakard, too difficult or not their responsibility. They listened to all my concerns and gave advice when appropriate. They were great acting on my behalf when the solicitors stopped taking my calls. If I had to sell again I would choose Keenans.

From the initial meeting with Simon Worthington, the valuer, through to the agents that handled all the correspondence, we felt supported and well advised. Communication was excellent, and we followed Simon’s advice from his initial assessment and the sale was quite painless. I have been made out to be a liar, when told I have had call backs to deal with issues three weeks after I completed. BUT the Keenans team, especially James, put all our worries and questions to ease through their consistent professional knowledge, advice and conduct. We couldnt have asked for a better person, and team, to guide us through what could of been a very stressful process. Every enquiry, every panic phone call, James and his team have handled them with positivity and a solution based mindset. I had an excellent experience using Keenan's. I found them to be extremely responsive and helpful at all stages. My sale had a few ups and downs (not the fault of the agent), but Robert was brilliant and found us the right buyer.After the sale was agreed Ella dealt with our matter and was always helpful and called me back when requested. She provided all the information I needed that the solicitors weren't giving me!All in all they are highly recommend from me.

If I could give more than five stars I would!I dealt with Keenans both buying a property and selling my own and in both regards I couldn't have asked for a better service. Georgia in the office was nothing short of super efficient in all her dealings. Whenever I sent an email I received an almost immediate response. I was kept informed of all developments on an ongoing basis and received lots of helpful advice along the way. Helena the valuer in respect of my sale was also super efficient, polite and very professional. In fact in all my dealings with Keenans all members of staff have been efficient, courteous, polite, friendly, informative and very professional. In short, highly recommended.

Looked after by Keenans Rawtenstall Office and could not be happier. We got a other quotes for a property we are selling but Keenans gave us, what we considered to be the most realistic and Sam who came to do the valuation was really friendly and knowledgeable.The standard of communication from Aaron and James has been excellent around arranging viewings etc. We had a number of offers within less than a week of the house going on the market which were then well managed by Miannah who secured a sale above our asking price and kept us infomed as she negotiated with the potential buyers.I would recommend Keenans as they made the whole process user friendly and stress free.

Keenans came to me very highly recommended, as the best estate agents to use when selling a house in the Blackburn area. I was not disappointed. From start to finish, the service which they provided was exemplary, and far superior to that which I received from the solicitor who dealt with the contract and conveyance, which was as hands-off as Keenans were hands-on. Everyone I dealt with throughout the entire process was helpful, efficient and courteous, and the whole experience was better than I ever imagined that it could be. From initial valuation to eventual sale, everything happened seamlessly, with the full asking price being achieved without any apparent hassle.So, an excellent outcome! I am able to recommend Keenans wholeheartedly, and without reservation of any kind. They are a fully professional outfit in every respect.
