We used the Keenans branch in Accrington for the sale of our property. The service we received from start to finish was excellent. They kept us informed and guided us through every stage of the process. A special thanks to Robert and Liam.

TrustpilotEmily Bradley Absolutely Superb!!
Emily Bradley has been absolutely superb in every aspect of the sales progression of our property! When said she would get back to you she did. When we didn't understand something the buyers solicitors asked for, she kindly and patiently explained, reassured and advised us on how best to move forward. She has always kept us regularly updated. Her pleasant and cheerful demeanor combined with her knowledge of the business, expertise in communication with ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors ensured that the sale went through as quickly and efficiently as possible! Emily has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thank you so very much!!

Emily Bradley made the sale of my property as stress free as possible. She kept to her word, and without fail, contacted me every week, even if there was no further progression. Her customer service skills are second to none and a great asset to the Keenan’s team. Thank you Emily 😀

TrustpilotNicky was exceptional
This was quite a stressful experience until Nicky became involved to assist the sale through to completion. Really driven and motivated and had her work cut out with the poor conveyancing service we had. Her communication was faultless and we were informed at every step of the process. Her wonderful personality shone through and it was always a pleasure to speak with her. Note to Keenans, use this lady as a perfect example of customer service . Thanks for everything Nicky!

TrustpilotKeenans sold our house within 5 days…
Keenans sold our house within 5 days and were very professional throughout the whole process from valuation to viewings I cannot recommend them enough. Emily Bradley our negotiator that managed the process following offer to sale was amazing, keeping me regularly updated and liaising with the buyer and solicitors to push the sale through in the timescale we needed as we had to complete on another purchase on a certain date or we would have lost our ongoing purchase. We would not be where we are today if Emily was not involved in this process so thank you for your professionalism and persistence to make this happen.

Chloe was a credit to Keenans with all her help and support. It was stressful at times but we got there in the end and she informed us of what was happening all the way. This was not the easiest thing I've had to do in selling my parents house but Chloe took it all in her stride. Pushing the solicitors to get a move on. Thanks Chloe.

From the moment I spoke to Keenan's to the end of the sale every member of staff were wonderful Sam, Paul, Lauren and Kieran. I'm a widow so it was a bit overwhelming selling my home, but I honestly can say the experience I had from Keenan's, the service ,marketing, communication was impeccable. I'd recommend them to anyone selling their home.

TrustpilotExcellent service from Keenans
Excellent service from Keenans Barnoldswick. Terri and Richard were flawless throughout the sale. We asked Keenans to act for us on Monday and the valuation was carried out the following day. Photography was quick and very good quality. Terri is very professional and pleasant, she kept us informed by text and email at every stage and for every viewing in advance even though we were not conducting the viewings ourselves. We accepted an offer on the first day of viewings so it cannot get better than this. Thank you Terri, you are an asset to Keenans.

TrustpilotBest Estate Agent Keenan's
I have my property with Keenan's. I have found them to be fantastic. They listen to you, advice you in the best way possible. The staff are so friendly. They go the extra mile. Over the years I have dealt with many of Rochdale Estate Agents, and I have found Keenan's to be the very best by far. I would recommend them 100% every time. Nothing is too much trouble. Well done Keenan's.
