Ella in particular has been most helpful, phoning on a regular basis whenever there's an update and often just to check in and make sure we were ok with the process and answer any questions we had. GoogleKeenans are quite possibly the reason we will never ever move again. As first time buyers, we understandably had questions and Katie consistently and refutably made us feel an inconvenience to her day. After her rudeness quite frankly brought my partner to tears, we asked to deal with someone else. This was a decision we regretted as Cree, supposedly a senior colleague, again was rude, inefficient and unprofessional. Do yourselves a favour and do not deal with these two vile humans.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI was recommended Keenans by a friend who had used their services before. I was aware that although the market is quite buoyant at present it would likely be a long, complicated and frustrating process to sell a house given how busy agents are and the restrictions from the pandemic. I needn’t have worried. Keenan’s were proactive, diligent and worked extremely hard to get the house online and ready to sell as quickly as possible. Not only that good to their word when they said they had buyers looking for my house I had multiple viewings booked in on day one. The very first viewing offered that same morning the full asking price of the house and the property was taken off the market on the morning it was put on! At this point I still expected things to take time. Hiccups. And all of the other delays you would see. Especially as I was due to go on holiday too for two weeks. None of that. Everything went extremely smoothly. Surveys. Searches. Solicitor engagement. Comms between all parties. Alll in all the sale from start to finish took under six weeks which is incredible. The service from Louis, Chloe and Kieran was phenomenal. They were always on hand if you ever needed them and over delivered on everything they promised. Keenan’s we’re a pleasure to do business with. And next time I am selling or buying I will be sure to use them. We both found Jack the agent to be open, honest , informative and knowledgeable about all to do with selling and buying a property.we both felt at ease and although the property was not appropriate for us we Found the experience to be a good one. GoogleOne of the worst estate agency experiences I have ever had!!! I purchased a property through keenans and from the minute I offered until completion was a complete nightmare! I wasnt given chance to increase my offer told my offer had been put forward to the owner which it wasnt. If i hadnt of knocked on and negotiated the offer myself then the owner would have been non the wiser. I would avoid at all costs. I was constantly lied too by Cree in their sales progression department found her rude and abrupt and the lack of communication was appallin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BELIEVE THEY CHARGE A LOT TOO -NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI recently dealt with Lauren Southworth at the Rochdale branch of Keenan’s and I would like to thank her so much for her help during this time - the property is being sold following a bereavement and I found Lauren to be incredibly professional - she provided a fantastic service, I received lots of advice and guidance and when she came to visit the property she was very respectful and accommodating during this difficult period. When arranging the valuation she was flexible when agreeing a time and date. I was very pleased with the valuation of the property and she was happy to answer any of my questions. I felt reassured that I was being taken care of by somebody who really knows their stuff. The company discriminates against people on benefits. People on benefits have to provide a guarantor which is ridiculous and unfair, as most people on benefits are less likely to have that, the rent gets paid the same as if you were working so policy that makes no sense. And the very lovely gentleman slammed the phone down on me when I said I would leave a review. If you don't have a brain cell the last sentence was sarcasm.

Worst estate agency I been dealing with- from start to finish. Massive rotation of staff, lots managers “of managers”. Whole company structure is a joke- nobody is responsible for anything.Opted for full managed service as landlord. They haven’t inspected property, nor checked tenants, they been collecting money and thats it. Tenants trashed newly renovated property and left unpaid bills. Cannot get deposit back, communication is poor- this looping for 5 months now. I will be raising a dispute with my legal team to deal with those cowboys to get my money back as have full trace of evidence (if will not get money back). Been nice and polite, but enough is enough. Advise to Directors and senior staff- reduce your staff, you don’t need dozens of managers who do nothing. Even Keenans employees admitted that lettings side of business is struggling due to internal issues. Please don’t ask to contact you to resolve those problems as I am contacting you every day.

They are the worst estate agents I’ve every come across, communication is non existent to say the least, you complain and the manager shouts over the top of you! Do yourself a favour read the rest of the reviews before going anywhere near ! I really wish I had.
