We got all the "how great we are" when the sales representative came to see us. We were informed, that all sales agents would visit our property so they would know it inside and out. Feedback from a couple of prospective buyers, was that the sales representative did not have a clue where anything in the house was, did not know how much land was included. When we got a buyer, we were informed that we would be contacted every week with an update. The only time we got an update was when we chased them up. They did not answer emails or return call. It looks like they have a large turnover of staff as well. I would never use Keenans again.

Throughout this process, I spoke to Aaron more than I speak to my own mother, and he never failed to provide faultless advice and help. He dealt with more than one mini-meltdown and one spectacular meltdown on the day of moving with the calmness and patience of a professional psychiatrist, and we are truly grateful to Aaron in particular not only for putting up with me, but for making the whole process as smooth as it possibly could be. I found Keenan's Rochdale, led by Aaron Valentine, to be very professional from the outset. The quality of the photographs online was excellent and James did a good job of the escorted viewings. Aaron and Nicole liaised with me with feedback after every viewing, and after any conversations with the purchaser and solicitors.
