GoogleI recently went to view a property and was shown around by Sam Jones. Sam was extremely knowledgeable on comparable properties in the area providing information on house prices as well as figures for the rental market. He was informative and thorough thoroughout the viewing. Melissa and Archie at the Rawtenstall office are also extremely good at what they do, answering any questions I have and communicating effectively over the phone and via email. The 3 have left a very good impression, one which I will be looking to keep in touch and look to purchase through yourselves at Keenans again. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for a property.

We choose Keenan’s Swinton to sell our property. Please don’t make the same mistake!Firstly they overvalued the property massively.The customer service from this company is non existent.After 3 months with a lack of interest and viewings due to their poor sales pitch we decided to change estate agents.After giving notice to them to pull the property from their company by surprise in the last week of the notice they had a potential buyer who wanted to view! We was then told they had received an offer on the property to which we accepted. Unfortunately we had to constantly keep chasing Keenan’s for any information as we was not updated. This proved stressful for us as the lack of communication was horrendous, couldn’t get hold of the branch manager after numerous calls and excuses from the sales team like she wasn’t in the office or she was on a course etc. promises of phone calls back but they never materialised. We was stressed and stuck in limbo for weeks to find out they couldn’t make contact with the potential buyer. This left us thinking that there was never any offer just stalling tactics to sell with them and not our new agent. Selling a home can be stressful enough you don’t need the added pressure from an incompetent company like this they don’t warrant the one star but unfortunately there’s no option for zero.

They have always answered and would respond to calls and enquiries very quickly and would book in viewings as soon as possible. I would like to thank Andrew Smith (Andy) who has supported my self and my partner through many house viewings and talking to us through the process as we were clueless as we are first time buyers. Andy was flexible to support me and my partners busy work schedule and would always go out of his way to book in viewings and ensure he answered all of our enquiries, even at the last minute.
