GoogleI had an excellent experience with Keenans. The team were hardworking on my behalf and kept in regular contact. Once the house was sold, Ella Walmsley kept me regularly updated with the sale process and was a great support throughout. I would certainly recommend Keenans and use them again in the future.

GoogleKeenans sold my house in less than 2 weeks. Adam came out to see us and provided a realistic valuation which was actually more than I was expecting. Mel, Archie and Aimee all came to have a look around my property prior to it being marketed, which gave me so much confidence in them caring about selling it. Within 2 weeks of it listing online we had 5 viewings and 2 offers. Fergus was fantastic at showing buyers around. Fantastic Service so far !

I have recently acquired the services of Keenan's Estate Agents to manage a property for me. Although it is early days, they have swiftly completed a full report and given tremendous feedback on the property with detailed photos. They are punctual, swift at dealing with issues and they call you back!!! Nothing seems to be a problem to them and I feel as if I am in good hands. Thank you especially to both Callum and Simon, who have restored my faith in letting/management agents in Bury!

My property was undervalued by £10000- £15000. The argument behind it, which was to get more people through the door, was more to have a quick turnaround and get a commission. We spent 2 years renovating our property and had we agreed with them, we would have lost massively and couldn't have been able to afford our next property.By law, estate agent should be advertising their fee inclusive of VAT. The agent kept the VAT hidden until when the paper had to be signed, only to be shocked by an extra 20%. The first visit was filled with marketing tricks and fake offers which turned out to be higher than other agencies.

All of our fees ( including VAT) are clearly stated on all of our fee schedules/ paperwork/ marketing material. That aside a suggested marketing price and an achieved price are two very different things but statistically, compared to regional averages time and time again we have been independently recognised as achieving higher prices for our customers- it’s a shame here that didn’t give us the opportunity to show you what price we are able to achieve for you! We wish you the best with your future move

GoogleMy house had the longest chain ever. I never thought that the sale would go through. But I had Alicja behind me all the way. She was in constant touch to update me and was very professional from start to finish. The poor girl had such a hard job but was always cheerful and polite. She deserves a rise for all her hard work!

GoogleWe were purchasing our house through Keenans and our experience was resoundingly positive. Ella and Sam couldn't have been more helpful. When we were having issues with the process Ella chased up issues on numerous occasions and provided updates and insights we weren't getting from our solicitor. I would recommend Keenans and when/if we ever consider selling our house Keenans will be our first call. Thanks very much for everything you have done.
