GoogleI just wanted to write a quick review about the excellent service I received from Keenan’s estate agents. I recently went on a viewing with Harry and was very impressed at his professional attitude and knowledge about the property. I will definitely be recommending Keenan’s to anybody who is considering buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe first met Jack who gave us a great tour of the property we were interested in. He was really friendly and enthusiastic and confidently answered any questions we had. Communication from both Jack and the rest of the team has been brilliant, efficient and reassuring. So far, we've had a great experience and everyone has been really helpful! Would definitely recommend.

GooglePreviously had our house on with another agency. However after terminating the contract early we switched to Keenan’s who from day 1 were exceptional. It led us to selling our house within 3 weeks of it being live. Jack is a superb agent and the guys in the office go above and beyond. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

GoogleAfter an unsuccessful attempt at a sale on our property in Barrowford with very few viewings with another local agent, we decided to market the property with Keenans. Following improved sales particulars, super photographs and a video, we welcomed many prospective buyers. The team that dealt with us at Keenans were always very professional, efficient and friendly throughout. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. They did a great job especially Jack, Sam and Chloe at the Burnley branch and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and/or use them again. Thank you.

GoogleWow! The whole team at Keenans Estate Agents go above and beyond! My family have recently marketed two houses for sale through these guys and both sold extremely quickly. In fact, on one of the properties we accepted an offer within 24 hours from listing. Unreal! My daughter's house also sold quickly, taking around two weeks from listing to offer accepted. All the staff at Keenans are very friendly and professional, and always keep us in the loop at every stage of the process, thus taking the pressure of selling a house away from us. We would highly recommend Keenans to anyone looking to employ the services of a truly great estate agent.

GoogleThe house we have just purchased was marketed by Keenan’s. They have been amazing to deal with from the first viewing to collecting the keys given that we were not their clients. They have communicated with us throughout the whole process and answered questions promptly. Every staff member we have had interactions with could not have been more helpful. We would highly recommend Keenan’s.

GoogleI can happily recommend Keenan’s estate agents in Swinton. They managed to get lots of viewings for the property we were trying to sell which resulted in a cash buyer. Communication was good and they were very responsive to any queries.

GoogleI called in to keenans a short time ago with a question I had concerning the selling of my property. I was met by Aimee, whom was very welcoming and answered my questions completely and fully. What a very knowledgeable engaging young lady she is. This could only be a reflection of how the company works. I would definately use keenans to the future knowing this is the gauge of how a first time interaction was conducted, realising a friendly welcome awaits you.
