Jack provided us with a highly professional and comprehensive valuation of our property. He spent time talking us through how we could increase the value and saleability of the house. He took the time to thoroughly research similar properties on the market in the area in order to provide us with a realistic and achievable sale price. His warm and engaging manner and non-pressurised approach meant that we quickly built a good rapport with him. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Excellent service, very quick and efficient. Also wanted to add they went over and above to make the process as simple as possible for my elderly Aunt. Two people to mention were Chloe, at the beginning of the process and Helen as the sale progressed, although it was very much a whole team effort. Well done and thanks very much for all you did! Well done guys, can't recommend you enough.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. It wasn’t the easiest of sales but we got there in the end. Thank you Keenan’s !

Great Start to the selling experience from “Team” Keenan’s estate Agents Rochdale Branch. Special mention for Rebecca the sales negotiator with extensive equestrian experience and the photographer who has taken excellent professional images of our property.

Nikki has been amazing, kept us informed, dealing not only with our house sale and purchase but the sale of my dads house also. She has been clear and informative at all times and made sure we have understood the process, and where we are up to at all times. Despite it being very stressful for all involved, Nikki has remained calm and therefore in turn kept us calm also

Absolutely appalling service. My experience with Keenan's was dotted with lies told by them. The Swinton branch lied to me from the get-go. They convinced me to sign up with Keenan's, making promises they couldn't keep and giving false information. However, immediately after signing up, all these promises were never heard of again. There was no after sales services, no follow ups, no feedback.... nothing. Absolute waste of my time. Happy to provide details on this to prove that this is not a fake review.
