AVOID AT ALL COSTS! By far the WORST estate agents I have ever dealt with. No issues get addressed, they refuse to speak to landlord for you and won’t provide contact details. Seems to be ran by immature children that have 5 GCSES to their name. Laughing down the phone, new case manager every week. The whole company is an absolute shambles and needs shutting down!! I honestly would rather live in a tent than ever deal with Keenan’s again. Landlords do NOT work with them as they are putting off tenants wanting to live in your property and absolutely rinsing you.

GoogleI have just sold my property with keenans and cannot believe how quickly the house was sold.i dealt with all the staff in the rawtenstall branch in one form or another and each and everyone of them especially Aimee were helpful and professional at every turn.i can't fault their attitude and commitment and a mention to the viewing staff thankyou to you all.

We have dealt with Abigail at the Bury officeApart from being a lovely friendly person, she has updated us throughout by phone and email. Anything we have requested from her has been dealt with in a timely manner. She was very professional but also had a lovely personality The process so far has been very transparent I would have no issues recommending Abi and Keenan’s if you’re thinking about selling/ buying your home

TrustpilotRacist when picking buyers for vendors
Racist when picking buyers. They pick the white man over a coloured man. Gave an offer higher than the other buyer and apparently vendor is happy with other person. Absolute lies. Rang multiple each time increasing offer. Even when offer was higher they didn't accept. We should not be giving this estate agents business. It's clearly for white people. Blackburn branch is terrible. Manager Jonathan a total fool. We know how estar agents work, you aren't fooling anyone. Going against legal laws. Will be taking further action. Enough is enough.

GoogleI wouldn't use keenans again The staff seemed friendly but unfortunately we have had a number of problems the main one being that we have had to repeat ourselves on a number of occasions also we were having viewings and when we were doing viewing the people who were coming had no idea what work was getting done even though I specifically said to keenans can you tell people when they enquire as we made changes and they didn't look like the photos I had to tell keenans to update rightmove there was no guidance from keenans throughout the process unfortunately we had to take our property off the market as we didn't feel confident with keenans we asked for owners details off a manager from another branch and she refused to give us it when we got the property valued he did not listen to anything we said he looked like he was in a rush all we got is if you have questions ring the office I've sent email after email repeating myself to the point of frustration I definitely wouldn't recommend keenans and I hope a owner does get in touch

GoogleMy husband and I were shown around a property in Barnoldswick by Hayden. He was so professional and had a lot of knowledge about the area and general purchasing a house despite his young age. He even took the time to show us both other properties that Keenans-estateagents.co.uk had on their website. In the past when viewing properties, the agent has literally either been texting away on his own phone or just generally not bothered. It was so refreshing to have someone take a real interest in our needs.Thank you Hayden and thank you Keenans for employing such a fine young man who represented your company so well. He is a credit to you.
