GoogleKeenan has been an amazing estate agent to work with especially Sam Riley and Harry from the firm, who have helped me and guided me through the process to getting my property. No request was too small or big, they were always happy to answer any queries and work around with myself. Truly amazed with their service and their attitude to helping myself and others purchase their property.

the worst estate agents going, unprofessional, rude and lies, we have enquired about several properties and always get told there are no more viewings or they have several offers, we enquired about a property this week and got told it was still available and they would get someone from the Rochdale office to call us back this never happened we just got an email back saying there was offers on the property always excuses from this company, the staff are rude tell lies and never return your calls, i feel that we are being discriminated against because we have had to complain, the owners of this estate agents need to get things sorted as i am now considering going to the ombudsman about them, the managers always cover things up. i will guarantee if i am lucky enough to get a reply they will use there famous words WE DON'T SEEM TO HOLD YOUR CONTACT DETAILS OR NO RECORD OF YOU. GoogleJames provided us with a highly professional and comprehensive valuation of my late father’s house. He talked me through the detailed research he had done on similar sold properties in the area to reach what he thought would be a realistic and achievable asking price. He took the time to fully answer all the questions I had about selling the property. He appreciated the circumstances of the sale and was empathetic and had a non-pressurised approach. GoogleI couldn't fault dealing with Keenan's at all. James assisted in my property search and was such a great help, approachable and fun and then George was such an amazing help from the get go and really routed for me with my rented property search. Both James and George are amazing and in the end I've unfortunately had to pull out from a property and they've shown real kindness to me as well. I couldn't thank them or recommend them enough.

GoogleBefore I spoke to niomi I had a few bad experiences with keenan's, after speaking and dealing with niomi she has completely changed my opinion of keenan's. she's an absolute credit to the company and deserves all the praise she can get. She's been absolutely amazing with not only responding and chasing enquires up but also with keeping me in the loop with the whole process! With niomi working so hard we have now achieved the end goal and managed to buy our home we really wanted, without niomi this wouldn't of been possible I honestly can not thank her enough!

This Is NOT How You Do Business....They Do Not Pay People Who Work On Their Behalf.My Company cleaned several house at the request of Keenans. If they did pay it had to be chased and chased. We completed a £300.00 clean on an absolutely filthy property, again at the request of Keenans, we provided before and after photos and they still have not paid us, they refuse to return our calls and emails, I even contacted one of the Directors, still nothing. Never would i recommend a company that does not pay what it owes people. That is not how business should treat anyone.

Low in honesty and integrity as per review 12 Dec 2023. Really not self aware and manager who deals with complaints is just defensive (and doesn't follow ombudsman code of practice where you should be told how to appeal) Follow up to complaint was ignored so no choice but to refer to ombudsman and ICO. They ignored both of these until money awarded. Then they defended their position. Paid out after being chased as expected.An apology and flowers would have surficed 12 months ago but no....shame it came to this.Edit: keenans's response; great to finish off with their sense of humour out there....lol....
Dennett, as much as we appreciate feedback both good and bad we feel it’s only fair that this feedback is accurate. You have sold multiple properties over the years with ourselves, and have never had an issue until payment of our fee. Our complaints procedure is transparent and has not been an issue for any of the parties you have approached to investigate, all of which we are more than happy to co-operate with. Your eventual downgraded award of a mere £75 was based upon a technicality which after a drawn out process of over 12 months we obliged to pay, to draw a line under the matter, we really do feel it’s time to move on - yet you still wish to continue. We wish you the best of luck in the future sale of any property, but for the best interest of all parties involved sadly we won’t be representing yourself again.

GoogleAfter a tough few months of a bad marketplace they worked really hard to make sure we got the best value we could. Just accepted an offer on our house so really pleased with them, lets see if that translates as well though the rest of the process, but so far everyone there have been great. Update, everything including purchase was great. Would definitely recommend for selling, and buying

GoogleAs per a lot of the other reviews, from a buyers perspective very poor experience…“negotiators” openly lying about prices and offers and for the seller, causing them to lose out. The viewing experience was the only positive, a really nice lad who was smart and knowledgeable. Everything after that with Alex and Niomi was pretty shocking. Lies, mistakes and it would seem the company has no complaints procedure despite asking twice. There’s much better agents in the area so steer clear where possible.
