We have been using Keenans Estate Agents to manage our property portfolio for over 12 months now, after receiving a very poor service from our previous agents. So far I can't fault the service. Patrick Jones and his team are efficient, professional and on top of all the needs of my tenants. I am out of the country on a daily basis with my profession, and I find it reassuring to know that I can rely on Patrick and his team to take away the normal day to day pressures of property management. Owning investment properties is a job on its own and using Keenans to manage our portfolio is one of the best decisions I have made.

GoogleAn absolute nightmare. DO NOT USE. Ongoing issues for 6 months + For your own sanity… use an alternative service. *As a tenant in a private rented property, your tenancy agreement (which should be co-signed by you and your landlord before you move in) provides you with several rights: The right to live in a property that's safe and in a good state of repair*

GoogleCustomer experience was a bit bumpy at the start and we was not quite on the same page as they have a few different branches where messages don't get relayed sometimes but the end result they are very understanding and will 100% sell your home quickly and efficiently as possible would recommend using them.

All of the team have excellent customer service and are always professional and on a same level as their clients. No pushy sales techniques and always prompt to reply to emails and calls!

GoogleJust had an offer on a property accepted. Initial contact was with a lovely lady called Georgia from the sales team , she arranged a viewing date and reminder phone call on the day of the viewing. On the day the the viewing Mathew showed me around the property. Mathew was very pleasant and professional. Spoke with Georgia again who liased with vendor with my bids on the property. She also forwarded me information on a conveyancing solicitor. Very pleased with the service highly recommend Keensns Swinton.
