GoogleAfter a tough few months of a bad marketplace they worked really hard to make sure we got the best value we could. Just accepted an offer on our house so really pleased with them, lets see if that translates as well though the rest of the process, but so far everyone there have been great. Update, everything including purchase was great. Would definitely recommend for selling, and buying

GoogleWould highly recommend Keenans when considering moving house. They dealt with our sale & purchase and we had zero issues. We had regular catchups with our Keenans contact (Ella) who was great & kept us updated with all developments. If we ever move again, I will certainly be using Keenans! Thanks Ella & team!

GoogleAs per a lot of the other reviews, from a buyers perspective very poor experience…“negotiators” openly lying about prices and offers and for the seller, causing them to lose out. The viewing experience was the only positive, a really nice lad who was smart and knowledgeable. Everything after that with Alex and Niomi was pretty shocking. Lies, mistakes and it would seem the company has no complaints procedure despite asking twice. There’s much better agents in the area so steer clear where possible.

GoogleI wanted to share my experience of working with our Sales Progressor, Helen at the Burnley Branch. Helen was absolutely fantastic all the way through and supported us in turning round a purchase in quick time. Helen was able to chase all the relevant solicitors on our behalf and even tracked down vendors on holiday to ensure all parties were kept up to date and progressing. I can’t thank Helen enough and her patience when dealing with our questions and hast. Thanks again

GoogleGreat experience dealing with Keenans Rochdale. All their staff are professional and helpful but have also perfected the ability to bring a human face to estate agency. Our house sold quickly at the asking price and our offer on the property of our choice was accepted. We are overjoyed we chose Keenans to help us with this, what a result!
