I’ve enquired on a few properties for sale as I have just got my mortgage certificate and looking to purchase my first house I was recommended to use Keenan’s however after phoning and leaving a voicemail, messaging on whattsapp and leaving an enquiry on right move no one’s got in touch with me at all.

GoogleI have been dealing with Keenans for quite some time now looking for my dream home which I'm finding very stressfull at the moment, but keenans have been very good and patient with me sending me houses that nearly fit my criteria, they do have a bit of a challenge on their hands as I am a little bit fussy lol. Harry has been amazing he's shown me round quite a lot of house now thank you Harry Hopefully my dream house isn't too far away 🙏

GoogleKeenan’s did an amazing job during the recent sale of my mother in law’s home. They were professional, approachable, they did exactly what they said they would do. They were able to offer advice on solicitors to use. They were always there to answer questions and even offer support and condolences when my mother in law passed away during a crucial part of the sale. Whenever we rang Keenan’s whoever answered the phone could answer your questions - there is a real teamwork approach. A special thanks must go to Nikki who reassured us along the way that she would do everything she could to ensure the sale went ahead smoothly. Nikki also had good contact with our purchaser and kept them informed as to our situation. Thank you to Nikki and all at Keenan’s Swinton for all your help, you were great. I would definitely recommend using Keenan’s Swinton.

GoogleWe would like to say a huge thank you to all the Keenans Agency staff. After the first meeting with James, we knew that this was the agency that would sell our house. The staff are very professional and helpful at every step. James guided us on how to prepare the house for photos and viewing. Thanks to these wonderful people, our house was sold after just a week, and for more than we expected. Nicole and Lisa kept us updated every week or two. We felt very taken care of and didn't worry about anything. We would like to thank Ella, who always answered our questions and doubts, and helped us when it was sometimes difficult to contact a lawyer.
