GoogleAmazing estate agents! I purchased my house through them recently and from the offer to the hand-over of the keys, they were excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process without the need for me to chase things up. Faye and Ella dealt with my purchase and they were both courteous, pleasant, and professional. The hand-over of the keys in a gift box, with chocolates, a card, and classy looking bag was a very pleasant surprise and cherry on the cake. Well done team!

Keenans replied to my prior review saying "Compliance" was an issue when it was not.All Compliance issues were sorted up to 24 October.As for Valuation, another reason Keenans gave for withdrawing under criticism? Never discussed Valuation in four weeks of dealing with Keenans.A bizarre and unexplained sequence of events if ever. Buyer beware...

Nick What may appear to be a simple exception to yourself, has potential legal and financial consequences to ourselves, which we are not willing to forgo our accreditation to accommodate. We do have a choice as to who we wish to represent and sadly on this occasion we have chosen not to market your home. No amount of public slander is going to make us change our mind on that matter. We wish you the best of luck with the future marketing of your property and hope you find someone that can represent you accordingly.

GoogleRecently sold our house with Keenans, Ella and the rest of the team were very professional and kept us updated throughout the process, even when there was complications, put our minds at ease.

GoogleWe had our house on the market for 5 and ahalf months with another estate agent and couldn’t sell the property. We put our house up with Keenan’s and they sold our property in a week. Ella and the team worked really hard and did everything they could for a quick sale. We just wish we went with Keenan’s when we first put our house up for sale. The customer service we received and how well they approached the sale process was amazing. Thank you so much for everything you have done.

GoogleAbout to rent a property with Keenan’s. It is incredibly hard to secure a rented property at the moments as they just go so fast. We registered interest on our new property but the tenants before us were still living in the property at the time it went on the rental market. We were added to a waiting list and received a phone call for a viewing. We were shown round the property and the lady couldn’t be more helpful. We are new to the area and were still learning the bearings of the local area. The lady was really knowledgeable and pointed us in the direction of new schools etc for our children. Once our application was received Emily dealt with directly and she couldn’t be more helpful and reassuring us through the application process. Again a really friendly lady who couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely recommend renting a property through Keenan’s

GoogleI have been dealing with Keenan’s selling a property. I can’t recommend Nikki Winstanley enough. She has gone above and beyond and a been a pleasure to deal with. Apart from being a lovely friendly person, she has updated us throughout by phone and email. Anything we have requested from her has been dealt with in a timely manner. She was very professional but also had a lovely personality. During the sale, Nikki informed me about viewings, feedback and offers. We received an offer which was just below the asking price and I was ready to accept but Nikki said no, leave it with me, moments later Nikki phoned me back and the buyer had raised their bid to reach the full asking price.
