The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare

GoogleI moved out a year ago and still they haven’t returned my deposit. They are ignoring my emails and calls. Their excuse is that the new tenant hasn’t paid their deposit! It has been over a year! Now I have to pay someone to get my deposit back, what type of scam is this company running? Why not just return the deposit and ask the new tenant for a deposit? Why use mine?

GoogleI cannot recommend this company highly enough. After 6 months of trying to sell our property we changed to Keenans (Rochdale) and sold our house in less than a week! Within hours of instructing them we had 4 viewings booked in for the following week and then a couple of days later 10! We accepted an offer substantially more than it was marketed for. Throughout from our initial meeting with James, who took amazing photographs and who was so friendly and professional through to accepting an offer we have been supported and kept up to date on a daily basis with emails and calls by Ambre Flanagan. Ambre has been absolutely amazing negoiating and and financially checking all the prospective buyers thoroughly to ensure they were all genuinely suitable buyers. We didn't even get time to put a board up! Thanks guys amazing job!

GoogleAs first-time buyers, we were hoping for a smooth experience. James, who showed us around, was lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately, communication after that was slow, it took nearly three weeks to confirm a second viewing, and the offer letter had the wrong price. We were initially told the vendor might consider temporary accommodation, which later changed without clear communication. When we chose to withdraw, we were met with a surprisingly harsh response. A bit more understanding would have gone a long way.

I reached out to Keenan’s as their Branches covered a Wide area, each of which would have been suitable location for me and My Son to settle. I was quickly matched with a property in Wilpshire by Phillipa Jansen Van Vurren. Which proved to be perfect for us. She expertly navigated our journey from viewing to Rental agreement and I could not be Happier, well done Phillipa and the larger Keenan’s Team

Warning for both buyers and sellers - due to how sloppy and blatant liars these folks are, you are due to lose money along the way. We’ve placed an offer for a flat advertised as coming with a storage unit and parking, only to find out after the solicitors started their work that neither are actually included in the lease. We’ve informed them and there was no reply - no apologies, no attempts to renegociate, nothing. We actually had a red flag early on when two of the estate agents confirmed heating in the flat exists and is working, and only after we made it a condition to the offer to admit that they actually do not know if it works at all. Be careful, absolute time wasters
