GoogleBusy selling my fathers house through jw wood in Chester Le street and I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received. Chloe in particular has kept me fully informed on every step of the way, explaining the processes and procedures clearly. Her manner has been friendly and helpful throughout.
Chloe is a very experienced negotiator and never disappoints with providing a first class service. Its because of reviews like this that it all makes it worthwhile so thank you.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with 2 previous estate agents, I decided to use JW Wood. Very pleased with the service that they provided, they far excelled the other agents I had used. Very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone selling their home if they would like to use a competent estate agent. GoogleBought a house through JW Wood and they were super helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately our sale took a good amount of time (22 weeks for a vacant property with no chain involved!) but that was due to delays beyond the agents control. Throughout the entire process and out of all the people we dealt with, I had upmost trust in Kelly, who was our case manager, and Olivia who always seemed to answer the phone when I called in. Both were super very friendly and keen to help. They supported me with advice on how to chase things up with the solicitors and we are really happy with JW Woods service.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. I enquired about a property for sale and was contacted by Liam the following day with a viewing arranged later that week. Julie showed me around the property in a friendly manner and took time to answer any questions I had. I decided to put in an offer for the property and communication has been brilliant and very easy to understand ever since. Special thanks to Sandrine for the many emails to and from and explanation of what we needed to submit for paperwork. Being a first time buyer the process can be quite daunting and slightly stressful so the responsive and helpful nature of JW Wood has made life a lot easier. GoogleI am pleased with the thorough survey which has been conducted. However, I was most dissatisfied with the potential GDPR breach. On receipt of my booking letter and invoice, I realised immediately that the booking letter was not mine and contained details of, what I presume to be, another customer. In fairness, the administrator was informed of this error immediately and I am lead to believe this was dealt with in the appropriate manner. However, I must admit my confidence in the company was compromised after this issue.

GoogleI have just used JW Wood to complete a survey on a property. Dealing through Claire in the Surveyors office has been a pleasure. She was extremely helpful. Andrew the surveyor did a good job and had the survey ready within 24 hours of visiting the property. I would use JW Wood again for any future surveys.

GoogleI was in urgent need of a survey so I contacted J W Woods who were more than happy to help me out. Throughout the process of booking the valuation even to getting the valuation report, J W Woods were extremely professional and helpful. I would like to highly recommend Claire especially for all of her help throughout the process. She knew that the matter was time sensitive and got in touch to bring my appointment forward upon availability changes their side. Upon the day of the survey, Jonathan attended site and was very professional, on time and very helpful when doing the survey. I was extremely satisfied when I had the valuation report turned around same day. All in all, I would highly recommend using J W Woods!
