GoogleEven though my sale didn’t quite go as I had hoped, I cannot fault the Rickmansworth office in their efforts. Hannah especially was a steady presence and always available with advice. It was good to have a dedicated member of the staff dealing with the process from offer accepted to finish.

GoogleAbsolutely appalled by the service from JW Wood Bishop Auckland. One member of staff came across extremely rude, arrogant and completely dismissive when genuine concerns were raised. I was refused the opportunity to even speak to the manager and was told he “wouldn’t waste his time” talking to me, which says everything about the level of professionalism within this branch. Customer service seems to be the last thing they care about. A very unpleasant experience from start to finish and certainly not how clients should be treated. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before dealing with them.

GoogleVery disappointing response from the Manager when attempting to obtain a valuation to rent out property, After another very helpful member of staff had arranged for a valuation to be done the manager decided to cancel this and look for comparables instead quoting prices from 2 years ago. Bad attitude and service sadly this is what gives estate agents a bad reputation.

GoogleFrom the moment we phoned the consett office and spoke to enquire about a property we were greeted by the Branch Manager Claire Richardson who could not have been more accommodating and helpful Subsequently Claire and her amazing team in the consett office have been brilliant I have to say the professionalism and the attitude and dedication to anything we asked was second to none - This team led by Claire needs recognition from their company - I would not hesitate in recommending JW Woods as an estate agent especially the Consett branch 10 out of 10

My enquiries were dealt with promptly, and I was given clear guidance about next steps when purchasing a property. They also have an excellent conveyancing team, which makes the notably stressful business of buying a house a little easier.
