Dear Matthew Coates, at J W Wood we pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service as can be seen from many excellent genuine reviews. I’m sure you can therefore understand both my surprise and disappointment to receive such comments in your review. It is my intention to carry out an internal investigation as this is the first I have heard personally of your grievance. In order for me to do so could you please email me personally at g.graham@jww.co.uk detailing your comments, after which I will carry out a thorough review and report back to you. Many thanks Geoff Graham (Director)
