GoogleFriendly, informative and quick to provide results, always available for a call or email and willing to explain regardless of how simple a question is. As long as you respond and provide anything requested they will do the heavy lifting in the background with minimal fuss on the clients end, they offer advice and people for every step. A very good experience in regards to logistics and financials. They advise they are willing to allow as many visits as required and are generally well aware of the property details.

GoogleI have just purchased a property through JW Wood and have had a great experience, from my initial viewing with Chris who gave me so much time to look around the property, to Jill who negotiated the purchase and Caitlin who kept me up to date every week and chased solicitors on my behalf helping to get the purchase through in good time. I would highly recommend JWW to anyone looking for an estate agent.

GoogleFriendly and professional valuation and prompt marketing of the property. Communication was good and shared in a very timely manner. I was kept informed of progress, however there were times when I felt they were working for the buyer and not myself.

GoogleFrom the start I found all the staff most helpful and kept me informed at every stage. I mainly dealt with Vicky and she has advised me and taken out the stress of buying and selling a property. If you need a company who cares at a personal level and is also most professional I think this is the one I woud recommend.
We appreciate your kind words and are so pleased we were able to support you throughout buying and selling a property. We will ensure Vicky receives your feedback and look forward to being of assistance to you in the future.

GoogleI purchased a property through JW Wood and I couldn't have asked for better service, (especially to Luci Rundell and her team). The communication, helpfulness and friendliness were amazing, nothing was too much of a chore, always happy to message, mail or talk even when I wasn't on the ball and sent wrong documents and info over. Will highly recommend to one and all.
Darren we appreciate your feedback to Luci and team. We look forward to assiting you in the future.
