I raised the issue with Kaitlyn, and she managed to resolve it for me very quickly. She was very prompt when responding to me and was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ve come across so many others who seem disinterested, almost offended by your offer and make you feel quite negative but Nikki makes the whole process enjoyable and positive.

GoogleI felt that the viewing process was handled with some apathy and borderline disinterest. However, unlike other agents I’ve dealt with over this period, the offer process was simple and efficient, and I’ve been advised effectively and efficiently every step of the way. Would recommend.

GoogleTHANK YOU !! - I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on the team I had the pleasure of working with at the Rickmansworth office. From the very start, Ben and Joshua were a delight to deal with. They were approachable, friendly, and did everything they could to secure a buyer for my home. Their professionalism and effort really stood out during the process. A special mention must go to Hannah, the sales progressor. She is truly incredible - fast, efficient, and completely on the ball. I quickly realised I had met my match in someone who works at the same pace & speed as I do! Hannah is an absolute asset to DKH, and I have no doubt she goes above and beyond to keep everything moving smoothly for her clients. Selling or buying a home is never easy, and the DKH team work tirelessly in the middle, balancing everyone’s needs and expectations. They did a fantastic job for me, and I’m truly grateful. If you’re reading this and unsure which agent to choose, I wholeheartedly recommend giving DKH a try. While I know they have a Watford branch too (which I didn’t personally deal with), it’s clear the teams work well across offices. A big THANK YOU to all at DKH Rickmansworth - you made a challenging process so much easier!

GoogleWe recently sold our home and bought our new one through DKH Estate Agents, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Ben oversaw everything from start to finish and managed the entire process with professionalism and care, nothing was ever too much trouble. Joshua efficiently handled all the viewings, so we didn’t have to worry, and Hannah was excellent at making sure everything went smoothly from the sale agreement through to exchange and completion. The whole team worked seamlessly together and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. A brilliant team who genuinely care about their clients, would absolutely recommend DKH to anyone buying or selling.

GoogleDespite the fact that neither me nor my husband are very computer literate and had problems verifying who we were, Stacey made an excellent job of guiding us through the process. Eventually discovered it was easier to get us into the office to complete the procedure! Hopefully the rest of the sale goes through as smoothly.
