GoogleWe worked with Sarah over many years (1 rental and two sales) and had a very professional and helpful experience and so would highly recommend. Its a tough market with many stakeholders to manage and Sarah always has a practical and cheerful approach. She offers advice but is also flexible and able to follow clients wishes where they might differ.

GoogleA very stressful time made so much better with the help of Martyn at JW Wood. He explains clearly all options. House sold within the week. Everything sorted. The girls in the office always on hand to help filling out paperwork and giving advice when needed. I would recommend JW Wood in Bishop Auckland without hesitation.

GoogleI have just agreed a sale through the Bishop Auckland branch of JWW, and I can't speak highly enough of the team. Martyn, Amanda and Barbara have been looking after the sale, and they have been lovely to deal with.The photos where fantastic and their marketing is great, it must have work because a sale was agreed within a week of going live on rightmove. They were really been accommodating and helpful, especually when I decided to go on holiday the same week as deciding to market my property! Its early days in the process, but fingerscrossed the rest of the sale will runs as smoothly, Im sure it will in light of the professionalism I have experienced so far.

GoogleExcellent service at Chester-le-Street branch. Initial contact with Adrian who produced great photos/video and sale particulars on our house. We very quickly received viewings for our house, and were given followup feedback after the viewings. Very friendly service and excellent communication throughout, particularly from Vicky. Very professional! Many thanks for selling my house!

GoogleI felt that the viewing process was handled with some apathy and borderline disinterest. However, unlike other agents I’ve dealt with over this period, the offer process was simple and efficient, and I’ve been advised effectively and efficiently every step of the way. Would recommend.

GoogleWe recently did a Level 2 survey and we are beyond impressed with the service that was given. We were given information on the different surveys, what they included and prices. The communication was quick and date was booked quickly. The report was given within 24 hours of survey being done with detailed explanations for each section of the house. For the areas that came up with a concerns, suggestions were made on what to do next. We feel fully confident knowing that property in much more detail. Thank you for the great service and definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting reassurance when buying a house.
