GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with JW Wood selling our home, which sold within just two weeks. A huge thank you to Martyn, who carried out our valuation. He took the time to do thorough market research, clearly explained his reasoning, and made us feel confident and reassured about the value and the market conditions from the very start. His professionalism and knowledge really stood out and gave us confidence in our decision. We also can’t thank Barbara enough for her support throughout the process. She was incredibly patient, approachable, and always happy to answer our many questions. Nothing ever felt like a bother, and she kept us updated and reassured at every step, which made a potentially stressful time feel much easier. Overall, the team were professional, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping us through the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JW Wood to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleJWW are an exceptional estate agency. They are super professional and so helpful. From the moment I met Martin who carried out the valuation I knew we were in safe hands. The communication with everyone in the Bishop Auckland office has always been top notch. A special vote of appreciation must go to Barbara who truly understands the importance a house has in people’s lives, particularly in our case, having been there for 34 years it has many special memories. Also special thanks to Amanda who always seems to be at the other end of the phone, and is so pleasant and positive. I cannot recommend JWW highly enough.
