GoogleThe most disinterested, unhelpful estate agents I've ever come across. Appreciate they work for the vendor but I would expect them to actually TRY and sell the property. Terrible customer service.

GoogleAvoid if you possibly can. We had problems with this agent both during and after our tenancy. They offer no help, and if anything goes wrong with the property (even if it's clearly not the fault of the tenant) they will try their best to blame the tenants. If you have the misfortune of using them, pay close attention to the check-in documents (and keep copies) and document even the smallest of marks, discolouration or cracks in paint or any surfaces. If they can make you pay for something at the end of your tenancy, they will. Expect zero when it comes to customer service. There are other review sites with similar sentiments expressed by others who have had the misfortune of using JW Wood - I would encourage you to read further.
