GoogleReally impressed with how quick and easy it has been to deal with everyone at J W Wood. Abbie has been incredibly patient and kept us updated at all stages despite the ongoing difficulties with our initial buyer. The resale was treated with utmost importance and we had a confirmed sale within a week of marketing. Elizabeth has also been great to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to use you in future and thank you for your patience with regards to our situation 5⭐️

GoogleJWW helped to sell my house in 10 weeks, Barbara and Elizabeth were both so lovely whilst I was an anxious mess during the process ! They always helped, responded to emails quickly and reassured me. Would recommend the team ! All lovely and supportive. GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience with JW Wood in Bishop Auckland. Communication was poor from start to finish calls and emails were either ignored or took days to get a response. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in actually helping, which made an already stressful process even worse. There were multiple mistakes made along the way that should have been easily avoidable, and instead of taking responsibility, they just passed blame around. It felt like once they had my business, they didn’t care about providing any level of service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable estate agent. There are far better options out there.

The valuation by Tracy Lightfoot helped to pitch the property to maximise interest and Julie Leithead guided me through the selling process and kept me informed of the interest in our property. Clare and Denise were always available to help me with the viewing arrangements. All in all a great team effort.
