We can't thank Gill Anderson of JW Wood enough, for the support she has gave us through a really difficult 6 property chain sale. Gill kept us in the loop all the way through, and went above and beyond by contacting and chasing other sellers and solicitors. Thank you Gill.

Good service throughout the process.. Friendly, understanding and professional. Our move was delayed several times due to problems further down the chain but Gill Anderson was particularly good at maintaining contact and keeping us up to date. As in many things it is the personal touch that is so important.

We had a great experience with JW Wood from start to finish. Tracey and Adrian were the first people we dealt with then after sale it was Kelly Mahoney at Durham office. I spoke to Kelly every day pretty much (nightmare for her!), she was always very helpful and more proactive than our solicitors! Would highly recommend.
