GoogleWe engaged J M Mason to carry out a Special Defect Survey, as our potential purchasers survey had shown some potentially very worrying results on our home. Our appointment was set up quickly by Claire & the whole process has been very efficient. Following Jonathon's investigation, he took the time to verbally explain his findings & gave us advice on the way forward & the written report followed quickly thereafter. We are very pleased with the service we have received & would not hesitate to use this company again, should the need arise.

GoogleHave recently used JM Mason chartered surveyors to do a level 3 survey in my potential new property Found Claire in the office to be extremely helpful and friendly in our dealings on the phone Also met Jonathon who was extremely professional and helpful with his advice and guidance Received his report which is very precise and full of information to help us through the ongoing process and he has also been available to give us advice about the content of his report From start to finish we have been very impressed with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them going forward

GoogleThe whole team at DKH Ricky were fantastic in helping us secure our home after a 3 year house hunt. Ben was supportive and informative throughout the offering process, and once our offer was accepted, Hannah in the sales progression team was so proactive with solicitors on both sides to make sure everything moved along as quickly and smoothly as possible. Their help and expertise meant the sale went through as early as it could have done and their communication throughout was fantastic. During the sales process, Josh was so helpful and accommodating in showing us around the property as we made plans for renovations, and we felt like the whole team couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend working with this fantastic team whether you're buying or selling.
