We have had a very positive experience selling a property with Jordan Fishwick, Wilmslow. Lara Tagg has been extremely efficient, helpful and professional throughout the process. She has made quite a stressful sale after initially falling through at the last minute have a positive outcome by acting quickly and securing another sale very quickly and ensuring a smooth transaction. She is very friendly and helpful. Also thanks to Richard Peck for his help and guidance throughout the process. I would highly recommend JF to others!

What really stood out was how much he went the extra mile, whether it was keeping us updated, answering questions quickly, or making sure every detail was handled properly. Buying/selling a property can be stressful, but Theo made the experience so much easier with his positive attitude and clear communication. I am disappointed with the communication received from Jordan Fishwick Sale regarding my offer on a property. My offer for a property was verbally confirmed as rejected, with the agent explicitly stating that the process had ended, and the landlord had accepted another final offer. However, I subsequently received a formal "rejection letter" which completely contradicted this, stating that I was welcome to increase the offer and that the company "look[ed] forward to further negotiations." When questioned, the agent apologized, confirming the letter was a "generic rejection letter" and that no further opportunity to increase the offer was available. Buying a property is a significant and stressful process. For an established company to send out generic, mass-produced templates that directly conflict with a verbal final decision adds unnecessary stress and confusion. It shows a severe lack of care and accuracy in communication. Furthermore, no proper, constructive feedback was provided on why our offer was rejected in the first place, beyond the property going to "best and final offers." I would expect a professional estate agent to provide clear, specific details in such a significant transaction, not confusing, automated responses. I hope the company addresses the use of these misleading templates to avoid causing similar frustration to future clients.

GoogleAs a first-time buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than with Jordan Fishwick. Maura took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and patiently, making what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. She was always available, and her friendliness and support were constant throughout what turned out to be quite a complex transaction. At all stages, Maura was a fantastic communicator - she advocated strongly for both me and the sellers, liaised closely with solicitors on both sides, and was instrumental in driving everything moving forward. Maura is not only incredibly knowledgeable of transaction processes, she is also brilliant with people. She’s empathetic, personable, and genuinely lovely to work with, which goes such a long way in what can often be a stressful process. Thank you so much Maura and everyone at Jordan Fishwick. I would 100% recommend.

GoogleWe appointed Jordan Fishwick to sell our rental property in Wilmslow in a slow market. Ollie was very proactive and kept us informed with feedback from all viewings, and we eventually accepted an offer. What should have been a straightforward chain free process unfortunately dragged on but was managed professionally and sensitively by Richard Peck, especially when nerves on both sides got a bit frayed. Communication was faultless with calls returned and e-mails responded to.

GoogleMarcus and his cowboys. They wasted a year of our life, clueless about conveyancing laws for flats. I would have more confidence in letting the fish and chip round the corner selling my flat.
The property was withdrawn from ourselves in September 2024! The use of the word 'cowboys' i find offence and unjust. We wish any client success in selling their property whether with us or another agent in this difficult market. Regards M.Moston Director
